If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a takeout order through the app, and it showed up two hours late. The food was ice cold, my slushie was missing, and the entire $35 order was completely inedible.
When I contacted the store, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I was told someone would follow up with me the next day—no one ever did. No apology, no solution, no accountability. Just blatant disregard for their own mistakes and their paying customers.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this location at all costs. If this is how they treat their customers, they don’t deserve your money or your time

Very ignorant people run this Harvey' s location. Made the mistake of ordering online and they simply shoved my order to the side. Never looked my way and I tried to get their attention. Ended up eating à couple bites and threw the rest because it was cold

I had a strange experience while ordering with my girlfriend. The cashier stared at her in an unsettling and creepy way, with wide eyes and a blank expression for an unusually long time. Both of us felt uncomfortable. She decided not to get food, but even after we sat down, he continued staring at her blankly for a solid 30-45 seconds. It was extremely unsettling and creepy. His eyes were extremely wide, the weirdest part was how even after we noticed the odd behaviour he continued to just stare. It was very creepy and unsettling… this was the front counter guy…

Harvey's has pretty good burgers but It's not what it used to be. I remember going there all the time in highschool it was so much better then.( Early 2000's)
Payed extra for some Garlic Dill sauce and got Sweet and Sour was very sad cause i only got the the garlic sauce to dip my fries

Food is always great, no complaints about the food. The mall sometimes has some weirdos in it though. They usually keep to themselves. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The worker I got was kind, but the food was uncovered they used the little window to hand food off, didn't appear to change gloves for allergy. Higley unsanitary, I asked how often they clean the window where food is placed he said every 15-30 minutes I was there watching for 45 minutes and it was never cleaned
