J&M Indian Cuisine

The food is good but the last two times I was there, they didn't have what we wanted to order and this was at 12 noon which is perfect lunch time.

Everytime I call to place order I give them enough time to make the dish but once I arrive for pick up they make you wait because it is never ready on time..one time I waited 35mins after placing the order by phone 1hr prior.

J and M is tucked away in a corner off of Long Lake Road. It took a few minutes to find in the dark. Once inside I was greeted by a friendly employee who was kind and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of the two things I wanted, mango lassi and carrot halwa so I ordered two masala chais and an assortment of delicious Indian sweets to share with my friend. Would have liked to try their dosas, they looked amazing. J and N is a popular and authentic Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and diverse menu.

Very rude. I called this place to place and worker and they didn’t have what I wanted. Rather than take the time to answer the question about a different dish she hung up on me. I called back and politely asked, and she hung up again. I understand everyone is stressed at times, butthis was very uncalled for.

I spent $150 and it wasn't worth a dime. Me and my friends had the worst expeience of a dine in ever. None of the item was any good expect water. Thanks J&M for ruining my birthday dinner.

Had an unpleasant experience with them. We called for ordering biryanis and the lady who picked the call told us no biryani is available because they were busy yesterday. Throughout the call she never apologized even once for the inconvenience. We had to compromise on the menu and ordered couple of items. The lamb curry is salty, the butter chicken feels like days old curry. The veg fried rice is the worst I have ever had.

While traveling we came across this restaurant, tried Chettinad chicken, Biryani and paneer theeka, food taste is excellent, good quantity. Overall a good experience.

An excellent choice for Indian. On par or better than what I find in Ottawa and Markham. The staff offers you a choice of spice level, which is nice, and they could not have been more attentive. Food wise I was impressed with the layers of flavor in the sauces and on the meat itself. It's is also a pleasant atmosphere inside. Will return for sure.

Excellent food! Chicken Vindaloo was perfect amount of spice. Dishes are a touch spicer than some other restaurants so order accordingly.
