J&M Indian Cuisine

Food was good. But the service is slow. They only had 1 server for all the tables, bar and take out. So food took forever to get to us

I had a very disappointing experience at J&M Indian cuisine restaurant . As a strict vegetarian, I clearly ordered a vegetarian meal (panner tikka biryani ) but was shocked to discover that I was served panner biryani rice mixed with chicken pieces. This is not just a simple mistake—it shows a serious lack of attention to dietary needs negligence and respect for customer preferences.

When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the response was dismissive, unhelpful, unapologetic .Such errors can have cultural, ethical, and even health implications for many people.Especially the owner who welcomed us and overhyped about his restaurant initially and never showed up infront of us after we noticed the food contamination and didn’t gave any explanation or any apology atleast.

I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their kitchen and ordering protocols to prevent this from happening to others. I won’t be returning and recommend it .

One of the worst experience I ever had here. A regular customer who never wanted to order anymore. Irresponsible staffs, I told her clearly about my order and I got what I didn't asked for. Pissed off my mind. It's my waste of money. And even the dosa was horrible and sour

Went for lunch and ordered mix vegetable, dal tadka and rotis. The server dint tell us what would come along with the dal, and we got rice complimentary. However, we would have ended up ordering more than needed. The service was sooooo slow. We got the vegetable and dal and had to wait a while for the rotis. By that time, food got cold. There was no sense of urgency of service so customers could enjoy their meals. We ordered more rotis and another vegetable which took forever and the food was completely cold by then. Will never go back to this restaurant.
