I placed an order with Kinhao on April 27, 2024 and my experience was very disappointing. Despite being informed of a specific pickup time, my order was delayed by an additional 35 minutes. However, even with the delay aside, the quality of the food was extremely poor. We managed to eat 4 of the sushi rolls but they were so bad we had to throw the rest away. They were composed of 90% rice and tempura bits, with barely any salmon or shrimp at all. Additionally, the soy sauce provided was diluted with so much water, rendering it virtually tasteless. Would not recommend and would not return.

The food was served very quickly, probably because there were not many people when we came, and the staff were warm and polite. There are two dishes that are pretty good. There is an udon that looks like wet stir-fried oxgawa, and there is a pudding that looks like an egg tart, which is also delicious.

The service was fantastic. The food, not so much. The description of some of the rolls didn't say there was eel sauce, which I really hate the taste of. I got my favourite roll, and the description didn't say eel sauce, so I was very disappointed to see eel sauce on it. Some places dont make it with eel, that's why I thought it didn't have it. Strings of cucumber should not be coming out of the ends of rolls. Only shrimp tails should be. The shrimp in that roll was hard and tasted odd. All rolls were made poorly, borderline falling apart. My beer can had food crumbs all over the top of the can. Sashimi was not cleaned right at all, scales and bones all throughout. I have never had worse sushi than this. Creme Brule was subpar. Yes, customer service was great, but the quality of food was awful. I'm quite thankful I'm only here for work. I am never going back.

Me and my friend have been here so many times and table No.10 is always our favorite spot! The food is always delicious, the servers are hospitable and the atmosphere is amazing. We would like to recommend beef tataki, torched white tuna sushi, and the one and only deep fried ice cream. These dishes are to die for! Lately we have found out that the decorations changed a little bit and we literally got stunned by those beautiful silver butterflies. We loved that so much! Thanks for everything here. Would definitely recommend this best sushi place to everyone who live in Sudbury!
All the workers were miserable and really looked like they hate their jobs, no one spoke to me and my partner kindly very harsh response, and they charged me for drinks I didn't even recieve then offered to write an IOU on a receipt if I come another time

Always great food. Accomodated a large group of us (we called in ahead of course).Usually really fast service, the night we went as a group they were completely swamped, and still kept the food coming at a decent pace.
At Kinhao Sushi in Sudbury, you're welcomed into a cozy little spot that's almost bursting at the seams with variety of options. Sure, the space might be a tad tight, but once you dig into their sushi wraps, you won't mind at all. They're packed with flavor and leave you wanting more with every bite. And don't even get me started on their fried calamari – it's seriously fantastic, with the perfect crispiness on the outside and tender goodness inside. Overall, I'd give Kinhao Sushi a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. It's definitely worth a visit for the food alone, even if you have to cozy up a bit in the process!
