Overated now when I first used to go food was great so was portions went today smallest poutine I ever seen said had to change their containers due to code BS everywhere else still has same take out containers cheap with fries hardly no gravy dryest I have ever had I think they forgot cheese very sad and disappointed won't be returning

15$ chicken parm sandwich with "fresh" mozzarella turned out to be a chicken burger with spaghetti sauce (literally barely any sauce but so much beef??) And grated marble cheese that was 90% off the sandwich. It was so gross. That 15$ didn't include fries btw, the fries were 5$ on top of that ?

Tried to ask if the gravy was gluten free, the guy was extremely rude told me “fast food isnt good for you” and that it was a powder that they mix up together. I feel like they should know for customers like myself as there is an ingredients label. Just flat out rude.

I ordered a poutine with cheese curds but I got shredded cheese instead which I don't like. The fries were undercooked and there wasn't enough gravy. It's pretty pricey for not great food. Disappointing.

Just ordered a burger and said no ketchup,mustard and mayo. The burger came and this was ignored it had all that stuff on it. It was garbage to me. I am sorry I gave money to the staff never again.

Verry dissapointing and verry over priced , paid 20$ for a medium poutine and a small bottle of pop this place has gone for a complete dive and will not return to this place nore will i recomend it to any one anymore.....sutch a shame.

placed a phone order at 1102 arrived at 1117 food was sitting in warmer, Wasn’t expecting it to be ready . Ordered a family size poutine and foot long pogo. french fries were raw, extremely disappointed to have spent $40 on raw food .
