I ordered food and got it delivered missing the Jalapeño dip (I very much was craving). It wasnt the first time the notes were missed but I called to see what can be done about it. The manager (I think his name was Marc?) completely understood and went above and beyond for me. He not only offered to drive to me and bring me to missing dips, but gave an container of it for the inconvenience. I've always enjoyed eating here especially the BC wrap, kettle chips with Jalapeño dip. And with their customer service even more. They truly care here.
It was a lot of delicious food. We enjoyed it lots. My partner ordered the prime rib and brisket combo and I got the 6 bone prime ribs, the server talked me into trying the whiskey peach ribs, its like the end of a special. I genuinely love the flavour but the smoked ribs were very small compared to the regular ribs.

Apparently busy for Thursday night and after almost an hour of waiting for my food, I inquired with the server who had been avoiding eye contact with me. Unapologetically told me “kitchen is busy and there’s a large group on the other side”
OK. Well would’ve been nice to have any update along the way
Mac & cheese balls were tasty. Meatloaf was a bit dry, but had good flavour.

We stopped in here while staying near sudbury, so glad we did. The resturant has great vibes. We sat at the bar side, great beer selection. The menu was huge, so many great options. The food came out fast and hot and everything we ordered was extremely delicious. All the staff members were friendly and attentive, we enjoyed every minute here.

AWESOME wings that were HUGE and tasted great. Plenty of options across the menu for all ages. Definitely would come back and try their ribs. Pasta, chicken fingers, poutine and kettle chip nachos were amazing. Service was excellent.

Decent food for a first timer to Canada! The mushroom Neptune was great and we enjoyed the bucket sandwich also!
