Miss Maples is singularly THE best food truck in Sudbury. The incredible taste concoctions they come up with are off the hook.

Inconsistent unless you tip. Forgets to add the sauces that come with the respective dishes. Not worth your time if you prioritize consistency.
Edit: Tried to give Miss Maple Fries another chance with Uber Eats, I ordered a "Miss Maple Burger" it says it comes with 1/4lb cheese burger with maple bbq sauce & candied maple bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup, mustard. The burger only came with the bacon and cheese. Very dissapointing service, would not recommend to anybody, save your money.

Increeeedible poutine. And best value in town by far. The prices are fantastic, and you get such quality for your money. They dont cheap out on the bacon, the poutine is literally covered in it, and thats just amazing.
I dont judge takeout places on the staff, but its worth mentioning that the lady there at the window is always suuuuper nice.
Dont waste 20$ for halfass poutines at vespa or leslies anymore, Miss Maples is where its at.

What a great pull-off food truck. If you want absolutely loaded poutine on a budget. This is the stop. Simple area, no scenery but the foods goooood. The bacon poutine is 1/2 bacon, 1/2 fries, 1/2 gravy, and 1/2 cheese. Yes, that makes 2 because the thing is layered and full and delicious and fun. 2 people could eat a small and be satisfied. The deep-fried pickle spears are delicious, and the homemade ranch is awesome.
