Excellent place for a cool treat, just remember to keep the tables cleaned even when it's busy!
Really wish they dint change the cookie dough. Might as well go to dairy queen now and pay half the price
I love this place but the cashier didn't believe me that I was a dinosaur
I’ve went 3 times @9-9:30pm & it was closed everytime even though it says open till 10pm. Very unhappy I waisted gas for nothing.
Staff seem pissed off all the time and closes early everyday and didn’t even serve me
If I can give 0 stars, I would. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money here.

I have come here a few times in the last month and every single time I am met with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not once have I been greated with a hello or, what can I get for you. There is no friendly banter or even a smile. They are all emotionless robots. It completely ruins that fun/happy vibe you should experience at an ice cream store.

Placed an order for delivery two different times and both times they were accepting orders through skip the dishes and both times they did not accept the order and it was cancelled due to then being unresponsive. Disappointing really

Very disappointed to open my tub of bubble gum Ice cream and there’s no bubble gum pieces in it.
Ice cream is great (though expensive) but the service is awful every time I've come. I've encountered three different staff so far and each was surly and rude.I came today to get a milkshake and was greeted with just "what do you want." I stated my order and she walked away without saying anything until it was time to pay, and the only other words were "12 dollars."
Had fantastic service. Staff was very helpful with my order and helped me with everything thanks again (Sudbury location)
