can you go behind the car at the 3rd window. I said there is nobody behind me. they say you have to move. I say when someone pulls in behind me I will move. they say will refund my money if I don't move. what's the point in having the first 2 windows?!! then I sit behind the car at the 3rd window while my food is getting cold. Burger King only has one window and they make it work.

I went though the drive thru to get a cheese burger value meal . The one taking the order was nice . But someone took over with a strong accent saying they don't serve that order 😲 . So I left went to a different McDonald's and went to and they had no issues like this one to make it. Not sure if it's lazyness but service there was awful. As a customer I don't like being lied to .

never get the order correct. EVER! had a big fortnite tournament coming up and they gave me a chocolate milkshake instead of a sprite and told me it was the same thing.

Food was good, my son loved it! The service was horrible. The woman who was dealing with paying wouldn't take a 5$ bill that was slightly ripped on the top. She gave us a hard time and told us she wasn't allowed to to take it. She was calling for her manager so we just gave her change and she took that. We go to get right after and they had no problem taking a tiny ripped 5$ bill.

Coming to this restaurant was definitely a mistake. The cheese slices were cold and hard like ice, and the staff curtly told me that’s just how they serve it. I won’t be coming back — a truly terrible dining experience.

I went to the drivethru and watched as other cars passed through one lane and I got ignored. There were even no cars in the other lane for like 3 minutes and still no one took my order. I pulled up to the window because I figured the mic on that side must’ve been broken or something. And the moment I told the girl what had happened she said “I’m not dealing with this” and started yelling for the manager. Which I found was extremely rude, especially since I was just calmly asking her why no one had taken my order yet. Then the manager who was quite nice came and took my order but I can’t shake how disrespected I felt by the other girl.

Ordered from this location two mornings when we stayed at the holiday inn. Half of the order went wrong the first day. We ordered cranberry muffin but got a blueberry one. The breakfast wrap was missing the salsa sauce. Thw three hash browns were missed completely. Second day, the toy and yogurt were missed. Not sure how difficult is it to get the orders right
