Manager was holding up the drive through by yelling nonstop at the poor employee trying to work the window. Got the wrong burger, had no sauce on it, I sat and watched the show for 5 minutes waiting for my drink. Unexpected entertainment.

i ordered a rootbeer and instead i got a room temperature coke.. i told the guy working it wasn’t rootbeer at the window he said “yes it is” and i said “no it’s not” and i asked for it to be replaced. Got the “rootbeer” but it was actually just the exact same room temperature coke only now with 1 block of ice in it and a different lid.

Ordered curbside for the first time... very convenient, fries were a bit stale but the double quarter pounder with cheese was great. Realized once I got home the big Mac sauce on the side wasn't in the bag. But it was new year's day and it looked pretty slammed inside. Can't rate atmosphere as I was waiting in my car.

Midnight service is always delayed. Ordering online for pickup does not help—my food is still late every time.
can you go behind the car at the 3rd window. I said there is nobody behind me. they say you have to move. I say when someone pulls in behind me I will move. they say will refund my money if I don't move. what's the point in having the first 2 windows?!! then I sit behind the car at the 3rd window while my food is getting cold. Burger King only has one window and they make it work.

I went though the drive thru to get a cheese burger value meal . The one taking the order was nice . But someone took over with a strong accent saying they don't serve that order 😲 . So I left went to a different McDonald's and went to and they had no issues like this one to make it. Not sure if it's lazyness but service there was awful. As a customer I don't like being lied to .
