Very slow service. Waited over 10 mins in store for a coffee.
Would not recommend in store service.

I had to give a one star because you can’t leave a zero. The kitchen screwed up my burger and when I went to the counter I waited 10 minutes while an employee clearly made eye contact. She then went to cash and served someone else and continued past me. I had to engage another employee that served someone and was about to walk back to the grill. He was pleasant and took my burger to fix it. The first employee took it and told me there was mayo on it. I said it wasn’t supposed to be on there. I specifically use the kiosk for this so I can make sure it is accurate. She proceeds to say I don’t think mayo is on there. I told her I know for a fact there is and to look. She gives me the rolling eye expression and annoyingly flips through the burger with the wrapper. When she sees I was right she just turns to get it fixed. I got a half hearted sorry when she gave it to me. Still terrible customer service and the tables are filthy so you need to ask for a rag to wipe it down.

Watched them put the order out to the wrong car, go and swap the food into different bags. When I asked if they had remade my order they said yes. I opened the bag and the burgers were unwrapped and rewrapped. I asked them to make them fresh because I could clearly see the food had been checked through by the other car. They rose their voice at me and told me to pull up and wait. I waited less than five minutes but I opened the bag to the SAME burgers one of which wasn’t even in the wrapper at all. WORST McDonalds experience I’ve had thus far at this location.

My daughter and my niece love McDonald’s, so we go at least once a month. But every time we visit this particular location, I can never find a clean table. And don’t even get me started on the washrooms—they’re always so gross. The garbage bins are constantly overflowing, and when you go to grab napkins, the dispensers are almost always empty. It’s frustrating, especially for a place that’s so busy with families. And it’s so expensive.

Worst mcd I've been to..waited 30 mins in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me and when we finally got to order, it was 4am and they closed for another 30 mins.

Waiting 30 minutes at the front window to get an order of food, and then driving home to find you are missing things you paid for, and not being able to call the store because they leave the phone off the hook because there are probably too many irate customers calling in. Can't even prove anything because giving a receipt with your order is apparently too hard to do as well.

The food is never made right, my drinks are filled halfway up the cup. Food is cold half the time and clearly not fresh. Not to mention they forget things in my order almost every time

Almost waited in drive thru for 40 minutes at 4am. Never waited this long in a drive thru ever.
When we reached to order they said “we cannot take your orders anymore because our menu changes”. At least they should put a sigh at there drive thru to make sure no one waits till their “MENU CHANGES FOR THE DAY” at 4am. Never coming back to this location ever and worst customer service ever.

Obviously English as a second language is a problem. Order bbq sauce and get sweet and sour. Sounds similar. Order chocolate shake and get vanilla, close? I don’t know why I patronize this place.
