The night manager forgot an order of 6 nuggets for my daughter’s food order at around 1:00 am on August 26th. When she asked to get the missed food item the manager called her a liar, saying she got them and was trying to ‘steal’ free food. I’m proud she stood her ground and waited while he threatened to call the police. After he viewed the camera footage from in the restaurant and saw he indeed forgot the food, he did not apologize and got his coworker to handle the issue instead. This man is a bully to young women and has no business in customer service.
