I just went through the drive-through you never get my drive-through order correctly. I don’t understand it. It’s not that difficult. It’s not rocket science it’s hamburgers, fries, and drinks.! I ordered a grinch big Mac meal with a white milk. You did not hand me a milk I asked you is the milk in the box with the meal and you said yes I said why would you put cold milk in a box with hot food? You simply smiled at me and said enjoy your meal and you backed away from the window. Needless to say I had no milk when I got home. Thanks a lot for ruining my night.

Purchased dinner via drive through for my daughter and I on a Friday evening. Despite being second car in line, was directed to park and wait for food. 5 vehicles after were told to do the same. Waited ~15 minutes for a big mac meal, nuggets and poutine. My 'large' pop was literally half full, the poutine gravy tasted burnt to the point where neither of us ate it, not to mention the fries were so under cooked, they were crunchy... not crispy, literally undercooked potato crunchy.
This place has 3 starts for a reason. Absolutely horrible experience!

Food is okay, just about as bad as any other McDonald's in Sudbury, but with a bit less salt than normal, which makes it horrid btw. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's try any other one in Sudbury if it has to be McDonald's, or do yourself a favour and get Wendy's

Ordered through drive thru on multiple occasions trying to give them a chance and every time have to repeat my order at the pay window so they have it correct and then they mess it up by the time you get to the second window and have to repeat again. Horrible service.
I ordered tea with honey. I did receive the tea without honey.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered only fries through the drive-thru, and it took an unreasonably long time to receive my order. For such a simple item, the wait time was unacceptable. This shows a clear lack of efficiency and urgency. Definitely not what I expect from a fast food restaurant.
