Ordered a kids cheese burger happy meal. Get home to find out it's a plain burger with just ketchup. How is that so hard to get right? Owners clearly don't care.

Ordered on skip the dish got a bag with my receipt on it only to have the wrong order
Went there for lunch today at 1:25 November 21st got a quarter pound and a Big Mac meal. The Big Mac was made in correctly. Both pattys were on the bottom the middle bun and top bun were on top of each with no patty sauce or toppings in between. I brought the burger back to the staff and asked if they would mind remaking it she took the burger and I went and sat down. She came back with the very same burger made incorrectly now cold and manhandled and said there’s nothing I can do you need to pay for extra sauce if you want it. It was shocking service they made my burger wrong and then brought it back cold with no solution. So frustrating will not be back!

Ordered nuggets fries pop 4 plum sauce and a burger. Everything shows on receipt. Never got the sauce. They charge for the sauce but 2 times now never put it in. Staff all at back nobody in front. Nobody checks either. What has happened to our restaurants

Utter incompetence. We did drive thru at around 9:30 PM on a Sunday. Even though we were the only car at the time, we had to wait to order because the intercom was unattended. When we received the food, we got two single hamburgers instead of the doubles we ordered. Worst McDonald's EVER!
