The service was good and the food was great. Better than any other restaurant I've ever gone to yet so far

This was a completely different experience from the Montana’s right across the street. Everything at Milestones was spot on. The ribs were delicious and tender, the salad was fresh and crisp, and even the coleslaw was packed with flavor. The shrimp skewers were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great service, great food.

Lunch well I ordered the triple sandwich, Soup, Salad and grilled chicken sandwich. My friend ordered the same. The grilled chicken was so dry and tasteless I could bite through it so I went about it a different way and disassembled the sandwich but still couldn’t cut the chicken. I was so frustrated the waitress never asked how the meal was and was more interested in upselling the dessert. We go to Kelsey’s and Milestones regularly but now will not go to Milestones overpriced dried up yesterday’s chicken.

We sat there for an hour and didn’t get our food yet. Service sucked and by the time we got our food it was cold and steak and vegetables weren’t cooked through.

First visit to a Milestone so to start we ordered a shareable, the Wham Bam Shrimp appetizer. Loved the flavour, and couldn't get over how good it was after we had all devoured it in about a minute. Because of that, i had level expectations for the surf and turf. But, to our disappointment when it arrived the entire dish was room temperature at best, the steak was undercooked and very very chewy. There was hardly any flavour to anything from the main dish. The seafood portion size was super disappointing, that is partly my fault for not paying closer attention to the photo on the menu. Two thin button sized slices of lobster meat, a few scallops and shrimp, along with some green beans and couple other garnished vegetables.

Other than that the service was good.

FOOD IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS -
SERVICE IS ALWAYS AWFUL. I have yet to ever have good service.
Wait 20 minutes just to get a drink.. waitress hardly comes to check on table. No service with a smile. Better off to order take-out IMO.

Enjoyed the food and service.

One of my fave places to go in Sudbury. The wait staff are amazing, and many have been there for years which speaks to the positive atmosphere. The food is always excellent as well and I've never had a bad experience in the dozens upon dozens of times I've eaten there.

Great experience and wonderful food. Our host Jonah Gibson was undoubtedly generous.

The restaurant was definitely buy at peak time , but we got our food with a reasonable wait time. The bar was behind so waited a little for our drinks. The experience and the food was great , and service was great as well.

The food is “ok” …. Not good but just “ok”…. I had a 16 oz 28 day bone in rib steak. It was less than a 1/2 thick and unseasoned or rather not adequately seasoned. “Sautéed mushrooms” we undercooked and very watery. Come for lunch grab some apps and go elsewhere for lunch.

If you want a clean place with good food and you don't have to yell your conversation so you can muffle the music then this is the place. Loved it!

Service was excellent. We asked a lot of questions about the available dishes and she answered with expertise. Unfortunately, disappointment with the quality of the food.
