Great food and the waitress was supper nice, I told her it was my daughter's birthday and she got the robot to sing her happy birthday, as well as brought her extra dessert. I recommend this place friendly and very clean facility

Tough to organize orders correctly for 10 at a table.
2 tablets being passed around so a tough t9 know who ordered what. Service and food were both good

Great ambiance, robots serving food. Sushi rolls are not that great. Other food is good. Service is prompt even in rush hours.

it an average food but the restaurant is always busy , as a result there service is not great. May be less sushi options in this area . Additionally One front service name was Amy was not good on service . I believe the needs some in front who can make better customer experience.

Slow service but the food was good 👍 but There is.
A mandatory tip for large groups. And if your groups break up their bills, so everybody pays the mandatory tip.
So our group of 12 paid 6 bills page 6 mandatory tips. A little bit of a rip-off.

The food was basically inedible. This is not sushi. I made the mistake of ordering the pad Thai… no green onion, no peanuts, very dry and odd tasting. The rolls were very sparsely filled.

I have been to okinawa quite a few times given there are limited options in sudbury. This experience that I had on November 10/24 posed several concerns for how this restaurant oversees the quality of the food they produce. We ordered salmon sushi and was served on a lovely bed of hot rice (not so pleasant with the cold fish). Shortly after we witnessed a big ziplock bag of frozen cooked rice being thrown in the microwave. We had freezer burnt, gritty mango icecream. Maki rolls that were falling apart; with under seasoned rice & a browning avocado. The shimp tempura was also obviously from frozen because it tasted freezer burnt and it was all clumped together. The audacity to charge the $30+ for lunch when we can't even make rice right is insanity. Limited access to decent quality ingredients is a total cop out, it is lazy. That being said, our server was very sweet.

Great food, but I got someone else's order delivered and had to drive and wait half hour for my order. I've only had that experience one time, other than that great food.

A big shoutout to Hailey who was really helpful to us. She patiently explained to us about the Menu options and handled all our questions politely.

Servers really nice. Did not check in often enough though (for example after they forgot our last item, it was 20 minutes before we had to call someone over, with doubts we were remembered). Crowded atmosphere, but well decorated. Got there and table was not clean, had to swipe off crumbs and saw a sticky spot. Also the floor was so slippery, I kept pushing the table by accident, and sliding in my chair. For the food, they drown everything is spicy mayo. Just go to the South End Okinawa, the food is better. Chicken wings were dry, deep fried California roll was not as good as Okinawa, etc... Also, don't put seats near the bathroom. Fire exit was blocked too, pretty sure that one is illegal, or at the least is not considerate in an emergency. Overpriced. $85 for two people (just the all you can eat, no add ons or booze), as if...

P.S. How do you fail at crab racoon (it just tasted like onion). The coconut shrimp had nice sized shrimps though.
