Does not compare to the Regent location. General Tao is chicken balls with spicy sweet and sour sauce now? Don’t recommend patronizing Sudbury (or Canadian) businesses anymore. Prices too high, quality too low.

Ordered for pick up, the food was totally underwhelming, the chow mein a lot of sprouts not much else, the ribs were gristly, couldn’t eat and the sweet and sour chicken balls came without sauce. Very disappointing, person on the phone , seemed to apologize but couldn’t really

First time the other day, ordered the Dinner for 3. The moo goo beef pen, chicken fried rice, chow mein, and chicken balls were all okay, nothing fantastic. Was not a fan of their egg rolls. The portions were good, had some leftover food today.

We called to see if they could accommodate for a shellfish allergy and the lady said “I don’t know” I then asked if they could cook it in a different fryer and the lady I spoke to said “I don’t know maybe don’t order”. Extremely rude customer service.
