Service isn't horrible, they're very clearly ‘just doing their job'. Waitress smelled like major B.O which was terribly unappetizing, food isn't too bad pending on what time you're getting in, you can tell some of your order isn't really fresh. Really let themselves go down hill last couple of years
Instead of walking up to a buffet to enjoy all you can eat , you tick off boxes on a menu and place an order. This ensures that your food is fresh and delicious. And hasn't been man handled. On the downside you have to wait. It's still all you can eat. And I ate. And ate. And ate. Great food.
I have had some mixed experiences here but the majority have been positive. The food here is good on most visits, sometimes a few flaws but in general it's good. The service is all over the place depending on the time you come in. If you come during their busy time for lunch (12 - 2) then you'll usually be okay but if you come in around 2 or later the service drops off a lot until supper time.
