Overtime Sports Bar and Grill

I ordered tonight from overtime through Uber eats. I received the wrong order for two of three of my meals. I immediately called overtime to see if they would be able to rectify the order mix up. When I called, I immediately asked for a manager. I was put on hold for 6 mins after speaking briefly on the phone with a staff regarding my issues. After the 6 mins on hold the staff member stays there’s nothing she could do and to go through uber eats for a refund. I said to her I’d like my meals remade (I ordered out for a reason, I wanted a meal not a refund), she stated she wouldn’t be able to. (Meanwhile I hear the manager asking talking to the staff, telling her what to tell me) I get put on hold again. The manager finally decides to address my issues and answers the phone. This man, was incredibly rude (cut me off several times), did not acknowledge the kitchen mistakes and tried to dismiss my meal issues several times . (He told me to just use what I have, with what I received from the order for one of the meals to make it) After arguing with him for about 5 mins stating I’d like to have my meals remade he decided that he would only remake 1 meal rather than both of the meals. After arguing for another 5 mins he finally agreed to remake both meals and I would have to drive the 20 mins to pick up the meals. What happen to customer service? What happen to the customer is always right? This was VERY poor service and the lack of accountability and acknowledgement especially from a person in management is very concerning. The owner should probably reevaluate staff or maybe include some additional training on how to approach PAYING customers. Very sad … overtime has lost a very active customer.

My husband won tickets for Wingo Bingo, so we drove out to attend. When we got there they informed us that a mistake was made and it was only 1 ticket. We said we'd buy the additional ticket since we drove all the way out (35mins) and then they informed us we couldn't because it was cash only. He also informed us he had already gave away our ticket to someone else? My husband showed ID and the guy kinda shrug and didn't say anything. We wanted to support the event but with the service we received we left. Very frustating and a waste of our time.

Been at that location twice now in the past year and both times weren't the best experience. First time I sat at the bar for a couple beers but when it came time to pay, I handed a $20 for a $13 tab then the bartender badivly told me "you didn't want your change now did you?" ??
Then the second time, went there to listen to the entertainment as a friend was playing. Decided to make it a dinner as well and ordered the 2 pcs fish and chips. Fries were soggy and cold just like the fish that had sat under a heat lamp for 1/2 hour but what got me the worst was that one piece of fish was whole then the second was in 2 pcs but they weren't from the same fish. Made me wonder if they served 2 pcs that were brought back as they didn't match, just didn't look right. Even to the other people sitting with me.
In any case, I'm pretty much done with that location.
Oh yeah, spent an entire evening there and only had 2 beers as we were always looking for the waitress to the point there wasn't even anyone behind the bar or on the floor...

We went there ordered done food, let me give you exact order, so it was 1 redbull, 2 canadian molsen l, 2 veggie burgers, and ine steak with ibinons and jelopenos on top so for the whole order i paid (114.59), after payung u was going out of there bur then i just realised i havent got paid enough from . That doesn't mean that i tried to pay her 20bucks of tip even though she was not that good with her service. I will never pay 20 dollors to someone who is rude or racist. So all qround the trip to overtime was good but

The environment was lively and energetic.
But the service was worst.The server was showing us attitude and tantrums which is not acceptable as a customer. Got the wrong order first.
Service was slow and our food took forever to come to the table.No quality check, No Apologies for their mistakes.
The food was average.
Never gonna come back here again.

Wow, We got in, ordered drinks from a lady that was obviously in a foul mood. Our food was basically thrown at us, average at best, cold fries, average chicken sandwich. Gross bathrooms, the place needs a HUGE facelift. Too many better options in town.

We were 4 and we each had a ceaser. I could almost swear that they put pickle juice in it instead of vodka, it was absolutely disgusting. I asked the waitress if the nachos came with a spoon so we could separate some and grab them with the spoon to put in our plates, she replied "(not really, and that she would check on that") she never did bring us a spoon. Coming back to the "ceaser" all we could taste was pickle juice! I will not recommend that place to anyone "ever"

Thr so call fresh fries are spagetti fries burned and greecy, I would not recommend it and the waitress not friendly too much more less push us out..disgracw

Fun place to be! We are regulars here and have a good rapport with the servers.
They know our drinks when we walk in.
Menu has had changes which is good. There are a few staple items we get regularly that are tasty.
