Overtime Sports Bar and Grill

We went there last night and ordered our drinks first, my Caesar tasted like pure pickle juice (undrinkable)...we ordered veal dinner without the marinara or cheese x2....veal was paper thin and seemed deep fried, mash was overwhipped and tasted like crap...they comped us for the meal but the whole check should have been comped. We ordered 2 mushroom caps and only got one, then the server brings out a second one wrapped up in a takeout box in a bag and said it was on the house, I didn't want to bring it home as I don't like nuked food, I left it on the table. WHAT A WASTE OF FOOD🤮 DO NOT RECOMEND

Okay, I ALMOST gave 4 stars just because I thought the portion size of my sweet potato fry was lacking, but then I opened my funnel fries and they more than made up for it! The blueberry sauce was great and I loved the caramel, I didn't even care that there were a few potato fries in there, turns out they taste great dipped in blueberry sauce! 🤣 The way to my heart will always be dessert 😂 I'll save my mushroom cappelletti for later but I'm sure it'll be perfect as always. Thank you 😊

This has been a monthly go to for the great wings, service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, tonight was the worst service ever seen as a paying customer. All servers were rude and short. Our food arrived 45 minutes after our order was taken.
They engaged in a screaming match with a customer (at the bar) after they asked to have their table wiped down to which the server said she did not have time and to move to another table that was clean. When asked about the selection of cocktails, the server again indicated she did not have time to let the paying customer know what they offered.
Blatantly refused to exchange a $5 bill to change for a young boy.
All the while slamming dishes, 'tossing' menus on tables, making unnecssary comments (loud for all to hear) which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Simply awful. This hospitality makes it difficult to return or support local business.

Went for dinner we didn’t wait long for our drinks waited a bit for the waitress to take our order.Took 45 minutes to get our food i ordered wings ad a poutine, my son’s girlfriend ordered wings and fries and my son ordered the pizza, the wings were good but the poutine was cold and the fries looked like they were cooked and left sitting there and refried they were gross !!!.The other order of fries were disgusting and were not edible, The waitress was rude and not very approachable she asked for something to be done about this, I told her i did not want to pay for that mess of fries she offered us another order of fries to which we said no thanks and she continues to tell us there is nothing she can do when i said Wow to her she says well what did you expect … edible food thats what i expected she then continues to belittle us to her customers at the next table we waited and waited for our bill we finally had to go up to the cash to pay she continues to talk down to us, she was getting the 3 old men sitting at the bar involved my son finally said enough we paid left no tip i will never go back, In my opinion if your not ordering alcohol and flirting with the waitress’s they don’t care how they speak to you not a good dining experience 🤬

Food is worse than what I make at home daily and they charge a cover fee for a bar that literally had three old dudes in it all night. Not the spot if your under 35 tbh

Liver / onions and mashed potatoes server didn’t come back to see how are meal was until we were done told her my potatoes were cold came back with more they put in the microwave now it was mush liver was good service sucks then they cry when they don’t

I ordered tonight from overtime through Uber eats. I received the wrong order for two of three of my meals. I immediately called overtime to see if they would be able to rectify the order mix up. When I called, I immediately asked for a manager. I was put on hold for 6 mins after speaking briefly on the phone with a staff regarding my issues. After the 6 mins on hold the staff member stays there’s nothing she could do and to go through uber eats for a refund. I said to her I’d like my meals remade (I ordered out for a reason, I wanted a meal not a refund), she stated she wouldn’t be able to. (Meanwhile I hear the manager asking talking to the staff, telling her what to tell me) I get put on hold again. The manager finally decides to address my issues and answers the phone. This man, was incredibly rude (cut me off several times), did not acknowledge the kitchen mistakes and tried to dismiss my meal issues several times . (He told me to just use what I have, with what I received from the order for one of the meals to make it) After arguing with him for about 5 mins stating I’d like to have my meals remade he decided that he would only remake 1 meal rather than both of the meals. After arguing for another 5 mins he finally agreed to remake both meals and I would have to drive the 20 mins to pick up the meals. What happen to customer service? What happen to the customer is always right? This was VERY poor service and the lack of accountability and acknowledgement especially from a person in management is very concerning. The owner should probably reevaluate staff or maybe include some additional training on how to approach PAYING customers. Very sad … overtime has lost a very active customer.

Crystal and Lexie were on the ball and the food was delicious and hot which is something we find hard to come buly nowadays. Thanks for a great date night ladies

Came here to pick up my order. Waited there for more than 40 minutes and still got it after exactly an hour. Why would u guys even give time but can’t prepare order on time. I would never ever come back here and not gonna recommend anyone. I wish there was zero stars that’s what I would have rated.

Depending on your server and who's in the kitchen this place can go from 5 out of 5 to 0 really quickly!
