Old school breakfast and lunch sit in for a slow paced genuine meal..!!

Just no. Got a very basic take out order, took way too long and wasn't good at all.

Thanks for hanging up on me on this wonderful Mother's Day after telling me my keys were not left at my table where low and behold they absolutely were there. Super kind of you all to do to a mother who dined at your restaurant for Mother's Day! Hanging up pn me mid-sentence as I cried, trying to tell the girl where the keys exactly were, leaving me until now 4:50pm with no access to my home and no keys for my car really made my day. Thanks so much. Dining here was my worst choice today. Zero customer service. If you guys cared in any way and didn't so rudely hang up on me, I could have actually got yous to locate them and I could have actually had a day aside from crying, panicking, and looking for my keys in places I knew they weren't because nobody cared to listen to me and actually take a look. Never again. It's incredibly sad that is I hadn't chosen to eat at Perkins, and ate somewhere else with any caring staff who value their customers and strive to actually provide good customer service, I could have actually enjoyed my Mother's Day. You guys are the worst. It took me nearly 2 hours of calling over and over again to have someone answer the phone. Of course once I was hung up on, I couldn't get a hold of anyone again as they wouldn't answer the phone. My bf located them exactly where we left them, sitting right at the windowsill at the table we sat at. Worst day ever. Today was supposed to be a happy day. This is an experience I will never be able to get back now, and a horrid Mother's Day I will unfortunately carry the memory with me everywhere now.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice before and really liked the food, but today’s experience was disappointing. I walked in and waited while the server was finishing up with another customer. She definitely saw me, so I sat down expecting to be seated next.

Instead, she served another table, then warmly greeted an older couple who had just walked in and seated themselves. I was still sitting there, clearly waiting, and got completely ignored for nearly 20 minutes. No one checked on me. I ended up walking out.

Really frustrating service. I won’t be coming back.

Used to love it here. But the service has plummeted. Takes 40 minutes to get your food.
15 minutes to get seated and it’s empty.
Too bad.

Good food if they pick up and take your order. 2 stars is due to customer service

I bought a coconut cream pie, the crust crumbled, not firm, filling was mushy, had to scoop it out with a spoon, tried to contact management to complain, but need a us zip code. Very disappointed

Fantastic service. Even better food. Great menu choices. Well priced . Would definitely recommend.

We (party of 2) were seated after about 15min and sat for another 10min while the party of three who were seated after us had their order taken. We waited for another 5-10min before leaving without being served even beverages. Very disappointing!! Will not return.

Super friendly staff. Was addressed right away and was able to put in an order. We received our whole order within 10 minutes. Food was great, hot and fresh. My toddler absolutely loved her pancakes and apple sauce.

The food was delicious. The server was extremely pleasant, timely, and helpful.

I ate here a couple times within the last 24 hours. I enjoyed the food and I felt for a sit down restaurant it was reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly. I plan to return on my next trip.

Shout out to Jordan, Allison and Rachel for an awesome experience (service). The music also enhanced our experience and we went about our day with a spring in our step.

We had dinner at Perkins last week. We both had turkey, dressing, gravy, corn and mashed potatoes. It was excellent. A beautiful hot meal while on the road. Breakfast was good too.

Had an omelette (bacon & cheddar) it was delicious. Needs a but of an upgrade in the atmosphere.
