Visited Pinchman's Cafe and Backers recently, and I'm hooked! Their lemon crinkle cookies are heavenly, and the sandwiches are top-notch. Beautiful environment and friendly staff make it a perfect spot. Highly recommend! ??

Just left, it’s around 215pm mid Tuesday, not busy. I ordered a sandwich which is great, the service not so much. The staff had a hard time remembering that I had a drink after only two ladies ordering ahead of me who were together, once the three girls discussed that I did have a Hibiscus Tea Lemonade, they gave me a small instead of a large, I asked what size the small was and they asked ‘oh did you get a large?’ - they then took my drink and put it and more ice into a large cup and added more water. It no longer tastes like a lemonade but a gross watered down drink. Thanks a bunch, $19+ for a gross drink and a decent sandwich?? that’s the last time I’ll be there, not overly impressed especially considering how the place was not busy whatsoever.

Baked goods are delicious as well as most of there specialty sandwiches. Best apple pie and flaky buttery crust I've ever had.
The only disappointment was the butter tarts and butter tart stuffed cookies. Very dry and not gooey like a butter tart.

Went in with family each ordered something different. Items were very fresh. The chicken pot pie was still cold in center, brought back to counter and staff apologized and put back in longer.Parking: Ample parking

I almost took off a star because there was too much to choose from! The croissants and sourdough are amazing. I thought my buttertart stuffed cookie was going to have an ooey gooey centre, but the keylime cheesecake and coconut cream tarts were fantastic.
Drink was okay but nice bakery selection. Blueberry parfait tasted good.
