Very busy (not their fault) but I waited 30minutes for my food, didn’t have time to wait anymore no er but when I get my smoothie it was only half full. These are not cheap and very disappointed.

A great example of a workplace that has fantastic equality and that does not only hire just the one ethnicity. Especially since when Canada is going through a job crisis right now. Staff were very informative of what they were doing and very vocal about what I wanted or what I needed and they got everything right on the first try without needing to repeat my order five times. Very clean environment at this restaurant as well!

Went in didn’t get greeted waited for literally 15-20 minutes and the person didn’t even acknowledge us a simple “I’ll be with you in a few” would have been fine. Instead she didn’t even look over at us. Walked out after 20 minutes. Disappointing

The workers there were not very friendly, as i was picking what i wanted inside of my pita I noticed the ingredients did not look fresh and the lettuce was browning. As i was eating my pita i removed a piece of the browning lettuce to find a bug sitting on my piece of lettuce. I went back in to try to get a refund but for whatever reason it was not possible to refund back onto my card and they said that they could not do a cash refund since it was on debit. I do not recommend going to this pita pit since the worker was not very helpful nor friendly from the start.
Edit: it’s been over a week and i haven’t heard a thing.
I just had the most incredible experience at Pita Pit, all thanks to Preston and Anthony. They were beyond kind, genuinely helpful, and their positive energy completely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive and made sure everything was perfect.
Not only did they go above and beyond to help me decide on the perfect pita, but their enthusiasm and cheerful attitude made the whole experience so enjoyable. They truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was just outstanding. Preston and Anthony are the kind of team members that make you want to come back again and again. Thank you for making my day so much brighter!
Highly recommend visiting this location—you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had terrible experiences with staff here but I was pleasantly surprised when I was served by Anthony. Anthony was courteous, welcoming, happy, and appeared proud to work there. He served me with a smile and made my whole experience pleasant. He is 100% a great employee and deserves recognition, unlike many of my other run ins with staff at this store… if you get a chance to be served by Anthony, you’ll find that your Pita Pit experience will be 5 stars. Hats off to you man!

This has to be the WORST place to get a fast meal. The service is the absolute the slowest and the worst - I’m here right now, there are two staff and they are both taking one order at a time rather than taking a few orders at a time, I had to repeat my order three times for the girl to understand it then both are moving at a snails pace…actually slower than a snail if it’s even possible

My friend and I came here for lunch yesterday, and we had an amazing experience. We were served by a lady named Devon, and she was really nice through our whole order. I got the Chicken Caesar Pita, and it was amazing. I really would recommend this place. For some of the best services, ask for Devon.
