Will not be returning to Chelmsford Pita Pit. Could not understand a single word and server was mad at me for not understanding his broken English? Definitely not worth the price we paid for our pitas. Portions so ridiculously small. I tasted mostly pita bread than the actual ingredients. Very disappointed. They will not have our business again.

This location is my favorite pita pit to get pitas from. The pita always seems to have the same generous amount on ingredients, whereas at other locations, the pita can be bigger or smaller depending on the day. Could be due to a lack of training at other locations?

Brutal .. one staff member on to prepare the orders and get people to pay.I walked out as due to the fact only 1 staff member on I was 5 customer in line and got tired of waiting after 15 plus minutes.Put 2 staff on to work..so service is faster

Haven't been to Pita Pit before, so I wasn't clear on the process of ordering. The person working behind the counter was not very patient with me, and she didn't explain things very well. My I ordered a chicken ceaser Pita, which tasted okay, but had very little in it when I ordered the large size. I am used to getting pitas that are large, where you have to take a couple bites for each area. This one fit right in your mouth, no worries of having to slowly peel back each section. Because there was not much of anything in it Sadly....

Ordered 2 large Steak rice bowls. Paid. Go to make them and they put maybe enough rice in both bowls for one rice bowl. No more rice available ALL OUT @ dinner hour….. Since I couldn’t get more rice I asked for extra meat and I would have to pay extra for that. Rice is cheap…. Keep it cooked and ready to go. Paid for 2 and they should of told me there was only enough rice for one….. Booths are also dirty and food all over the floors in lobby.

Usually my go to pita pit place. Was there today and they made the size of their small pitas SMALLER. Can barely fit anything inside of it and it is STILL THE SAME PRICE. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning.

Why do all the Pitas fall apart? Might as well throw it in a bowl. When I asked about the disheveled state of my food I was told that's how the Pitas come. Service is generally good, but this time I was blown off. Never again at this location.
