For the last year (or more) the quality has been great again! I’ve yet to have a bad experience, they’ve gotten back to ensuring everything is cooked to perfection. I’m glad Pizza Hut has taken the time to ensure a great pizza, wings, etc, once again! I have been extremely satisfied since.

*****manager Ladid gave me a credit and was very apologetic. He was very nice and we had a good laugh! Great customer service with resolutions to issues. Thank you!!!! Got wrong order and didn't have time to go back but I also couldn't reach the restaurant to see about a credit.
Tried to call the store about an issue with an order, Staff members kept picking up the phone and hanging up, finally on 8th time they decided to bless me with their presence and not hang up immediately.
Spoke to manager about delivery area that makes no sense. He basically told me if i dont like it complain to the main office. Would not take my concern to the owners or sr manager. Basically tols me to deal with it. Never will we get from the barrydown location EVER!!!! Horrible

The pizza is good, the deals are not very good bring back the PANalicious 15.99 for everything was amazing! Got a few hairs on my pizza over time and stopped going… the stuffed crust is so good but than the pizza is so thin.

Had to review again as this time pizzas were made wrong, they charges us twice. No customer service. Had one cold pizza and a fresh pizza. Kid used old dirty gloves to handle money and pizza.
