Charging a $5 minimum for carryout orders is ridiculous. Didn't notice this until I tried to redeem a couple free items which I had reward points from past orders at this location.
Noticed the pizza hut in Sudbury doesn't have a minimum order and its owner dependant if they want to charge this, so I know where I'll go for pizza hut in the future.

Ordered 4 boxes of cheesy pull apart, was charged around 45$, dough was not cooked on the inside, was very gross. I was told over the phone when I called and complained that it was cheese in the middle and not uncooked dough, from what I remember cheese does not taste like dough lol. I had to cook them in my oven for about 15-20 minutes to actually have what I ordered cooked. They did give me a free pizza next time I ordered, so giving this place two stars instead of one for the free pizza.
