I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for many years, however, on August 09, 2024, in the early evening, I encountered an unsatisfactory experience with my order of two extra large pizzas. The quality of the crust was severely lacking, resembling cardboard in both taste and texture. It was exceptionally thin and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. As a result, I will be refraining from making further purchases for the foreseeable future, but may consider returning at a later date. What a waste of $50.

Been ordering here for years now, would be much more if it wasn't for so much inconsistency. Sometimes the pizza is amazing, cooked perfectly and the way you asked. Other times it's just not good. Ordered today and asked for my regular order, which included extra sauce. The lady on the phone even asked if I wanted extra sauce. She was very nice. When I got the pizza, there was barely even the regular amount of sauce, let alone extra (included picture). No dip was included even though I asked and paid for it (which also seems to happen a third of the time).
Wish it was more consistent.

Always great pizza but whoever was working tonight? Painful experience called ahead because my wife was gonna stop by and grab pizza, dude was rude as hell. Thought maybe I misread the conversation but when my wife grabbed the pizza he was rude to her to. Normally I get pizza here but probably never again

Update: Someone at Pazzaz has reached out to us and did an excellent job of taking care of this isolated issue. I have updated my review accordingly, Thank you Pizza Pazzaz.Original: Not too sure what happened the last time we ordered, but the person taking the order over the phone was fairly unfriendly, and the pizza we got was nowhere as good as usual. (In fact, I, and my partner couldnt even eat the pizza) :(. The delivery guy was amazing and super friendly! But everything else seemed to miss its mark...
When I called to place an order for pickup the guy wasn’t over friendly, but I had brushed it off. When I went to go pickup my order I waited for 5 mins before being asked “what do you want?” in a fairly rude tone. Obviously this caught me off guard and I was confused and he repeated it again in an even ruder tone than before. I said that I was here to pick up a pizza and he handed me it and then proceeded to walk away without saying anything… My pizza was also barely warm despite him saying it would take 25 mins to make, it was definitely sitting there for a bit. Don’t know if I’ll be returning

I usually very careful when ordering outside of the franchise pizza places. I took a chance on this place cause I’ve heard so many great things. I am extremely disappointed with this place for a couple of reasons.1. When I called & asked to place an order for pickup, the gentlemen was simply rude with replies that almost made me hang up the phone, but I still wanted to give this place a chance.2. The pizza was straight up dough, undercooked & disgusting. It may have been good if it was cooked properly but it was not. Same for the garlic bread & now I’m worried I also ate undercooked chicken wings.3. Immediately when I noticed the problems with my 55$+ order, I called to try and get things corrected. I called 6 times & no one answered the phone even though I’m calling at 10pm on a Friday & they’re open till midnight. I decided after the sixth time I’d just leave a voicemail to request to speak with someone to correct the issue. However, the voicemail box is full!Needless to say I am hungry, upset & extremely disappointed with this place & will no longer order from here.Very highly recommend ordering elsewhere where they cook your food properly

Lately the pizza isn't cooked enough . I've asked them to put it in for longer. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't. It's starting to get annoying. If they can't fix the problem I'll go to great lakes pizza instead . Doesn't taste as good but at least its cooked properly.
