I always look at the tracker and yet these drivers always show up late. Doesn’t take 15 min to get to a place when it’s showing 8 minutes on the tracker. By that time the food would be cold and soggy. No wonder they don’t deserve a tip. Especially when you know your city and know how long it takes to get from one place to another. Especially the cost of food. Shameful. Plus, when I ordered onion things they were undercooked and greasy and all they can offer is a replacement or half a credit. Talk about greed and not just refund a full credit. Will not order from them again a bunch of criminals. Especially with the cost of everything. Again, the worst company to deal with takes their time with the food but yet keeps the money that you paid for it. They are not sorry they are here to take everyone's money to keep themselves open.
