I bought a meat lovers at 7:11 pm on August 5th from this machine on Elgin St. Then after paying, the machine stopped working and got nothing. Then the machine was out of order. I checked my credit card and got charged for a piazza that I didn't get. ? I will never use your machine again after getting ripped. I told people what happened and they thanked me for warning them because they'll just lose their money and get ripped off... Never Again! ?

Based on a recent visit. Pizza was overcooked/partially burnt. I've emailed customer service twice with no response. Usually a solid choice, maybe something was up with the machine, but the lack of response isn't great.

I ordered off Uber eats and they accepted my order for the Hawaiian pizza . An hour later I get a message from the Uber driver saying the don’t have Hawaiian pizza , they have meat, cheese or pepperoni. I messaged back I will go with the pepperoni pizza. Then 30 minutes later they cancel my order with a reason. 1hour and a half wasted and had to go without lunch :)

The pizza is always good, it even gives you the nutritional content of your pizza (if you're watching your cholesterol), and sometimes there's new flavors such as the Christmas pizza. For the price it's good.

My pizza did not taste very good compared to the other locations I have visited. Not sure if it's the extreme cold here but I threw out most of the pizza in the trash I got here. Pizza Forno is one of my favourite pizza places and I have gone back and not had the same experience as other Pizza Fornos.

Okay I had the chance to try all of these pizzas and I would certainly recommend the meat lovers, pepperoni, four cheese blend, and dessert pizza (when available). The bbq chicken and honey & goat cheese are nice as well. I genuinely prefer these pizzas over the ones you buy frozen at the grocery store! If you haven't tried any I recommend giving them a shot, but be aware that they are frozen pizzas that are cooked in a machine and that they do not come pre-cut.

Ordered this, later to realize it was a automated kiosk machine. The pizza was small and we only got one of the two pizzas we ordered. Considering it came out of a vending oven thing, it was okay, but we could have ordered from any real pizza place and got better, fresher pizza. The price is too much for this, so yeah, we are not making that mistake again.

This is the absolute coolest concept EVER! We loved Pizza Forno and had a blast video taping ordering our 'Za. Got the Honey and Goat Cheese Pizza and it was AMAZING!!!!

while it is convenient, there needs to be some work with the selection quality. I selected Hawaiian, and got... not Hawaiian. I'm not sure I'm convinced of this system and no way of speaking with someone to sort out issues at the time.

“PIZZA FRONA”Love the Pizza...no matter where it comes from but let me tell you the pizza I recently ordered from Pizza Frono made me love it.It was a veggie pizza with 4 toppings and tastes so goood.I think the price is something that can be worked on.
