Love the drink and customer service was great!!
Today I ordered wrong.... I was too anxious to go back so my fiance went for me. They fixed it with no problems, just charged just the little bit more for the right drink that I ordered wrong. Thank yall so much for being kind people and making the drinks super consistent. It's always a nice experience, even when I mess it up for myself lol.
Have visited Presotea 5 or 6 times, and every time I try a different drink. I’ve never been disappointed until now.
Love the “cool blue slushy” they offer 30% 60% 90% & 120% sugar base. I usually get 30% and then add an electrolyte pack or EAAS (Essential Amino Acids) for flavour.
The staff is awesome, polite,friendly and care about your drink. Some orders take longer than others so be patient,they are worth the wait.

Got a banana cocoa drink with caramel pearls and it was to die for!
Service was prompt and quick and the size was good for the price. Cashier was very excited it was my first time and was happy to explain the different options and assured me that they would make sure no nuts would be anywhere near my drink.

There is a lady with glasses working. It would be better if she was polite and smiling to the delivery workers who come to take orders. Those people are potential customers of this place.
