I visited here last week. Food was good but manager’s behaviour towards his employees was really shameful. this is suggestion if you guys really wanna enhance your business then kindly learn manners first to deal with your employees.

The best pizza I’ve had in Oakville. The tastiest veggie pizza I have ever had.
Used Google to order while on site in the same parking lot. 2 XL pizzas created in no time at all. These are amazing pizza's everyone! They are not shy on the toppings, not excessive in the wrong way, but every bite right to crust you are getting a solid mouthful of taste. We had the BBQ on two different days, perfect pizza both days. If you haven't tried a Red Swan pizzeria yet, do it do it do it. You won't regret it!!

Edit from my post below..The owner did call me on the same day and fixed the problem, offered me a full refund and a free pizza of the same value. I was very shocked at this generosity and very grateful that he went above and beyond to fix everything.Hats off to the owner for being exceptional...Came in to pick up an online order, and I tried explaining that it wasn't working for me to get the special for 8$ personal size create your own pizza. And instead of listening to my concerns and trying to fix it so I'm not spending $14 for a tiny personal pizza she brushed me off and ignored me concerns ... your other locations would actually honour the pricing because this is the second time I was having an issue to order online. The page kept coming back as invalid eveeytime I tried to use the special offerThe pizza tasted great though, haha. Red swan always has the beat flavours.. could use come customer service training at this location tho
