Been here for months paying lots of money for food while here with my brother at the hospital. I found a black bug in my cabbage beef soup. Very disgusting and disappointing to not receive a refund when I spent $30.78 on food each day to realize that I ate a bug probably many times without notice today I noticed it in the large soup container and thought it was a spice but it was a bug. I showed the lady but she told me can’t give me refund go get something else which was less cheaper then the some I would assume. Need to be aware of your food situation.🤮 and at Tim Hortons two weeks ago in the hospital before this, I had a bug in my French vanilla. Do better!! Yucky

Been here visiting family for over a month. Very low quality food. Low quality deli sandwiches with soft lettuce that are multiple days old for 10$. breakfast that is reminiscent of a bad free hotel breakfast. Do yourself a favour & find food anywhere but here. Overpriced garbage!
No issue with the staff but really it's a hospital and you are charging us 50cents for a cup of hot water. Ridiculous.
Also it is a hospital so why don't we have more healthy protein hot food choices that doesn't break the bank. Hence why I bring my own lunch and now hot water I guess. Sad :(

I have gone here many times and it used to be great now they are giving you fries that have been sitting for who knows how long and telling u they are fresh. When you say something they try to deny it and the kitchen is open so you see it with your own eyes.

Only fries, no hot food! So they closed Timmy’s so we could have…nothing?! Night shift needs acceptable food choices too! Not happy at all!!

Food is ridiculously overpriced, they even charge for hot water. Condiments such and peanut butter and jam are kept behind the cash along with plastic cutlery and is given out sparingly. The prices seem to just get higher and higher yet the quality and the product stays the same. You're better off waiting it out at Tim's if you have the time.High-school cafeteria quality at restaurant prices.

This is located in the hospital ...they close at 6pm weekdays and 2 pm on weekends ..this is a cafeteria style lunchroom for staff and visitors
food was great. staff friendly and courteous
