We had a lovely early dinner here around 4pm for the all-you-can-eat. The food was great. I really love their mango salad (so many Thai places here remove it from their menu... ahem Thai Express). Had great takeout experience while on business in Sudbury that I had to go back the next day! Personally had chicken one day and beef chop suey, highly recommend beef personally but do add soy sauce for extra flavour. Crab apps were also really pretty and yummy!

Rose Apple has a way larger selection of dishes for All-you-can eat than Okinawa sushi or Kinao. It has a big range of appetizers, noodles, pad thi, soups! It also has Korean food section, but I wish there was more of that (I really love JKorean food :-)). And the girls serving there are so nice and sweet! I greeeeatly enjoyed my experiencethere. I just went by myself and had an amazing lunch!
