Usually I enjoy coming here late at night. Came with a few friends to enjoy some nachos. Im guessing our server was new, so when we asked to add chicken to our nachos she informed us that it comes with chicken and beef and if we wanted to add more we could. We said we'd be fine if it already came with it. So we got the nachos and there was no chicken or beef and we asked our server about it... another lady comes out and started explaining to us that we didn't order it with chicken or beef and that in general it was extra... this would have been fine but she made us feel like we didn't read the menu and that it was our fault for misunderstanding and showed that nothing was written down from our server to add chicken or beef to our nachos. It felt kinda rude and upset us so after trying to explain to her the situation and her continuing to degrade us we left without eating the food, we felt crappy even being there and lost our appetite. Not great customer experience in my opinion.

I went to Rosys for the first time yesterday. And I went back today. The food was great, no complaints at all, very very good. Will definitely be going back whenever I have the chance. Me gusta tu comida Rosy.

Had the chimichanga with steak, absolutely loved it, highlight of my day/night! Salad side was very fresh, and absolutely delightful with the house dressing (I think). Only complaint was that the rice side was a little bland, but it was very fresh so I enjoyed it with a little bit of table salt. Can't wait to come back and try more of their dishes!

We come for the Tamales with a lime Jarritos and it NEVER disappoints. Authentic to the core, warm Mexican hospitality, and dinner for 2 at around $50 (+tip). If you are longing for some Mexican food, boy oh boy are you at the right place. Muchas gracias por todo Rosy

I was disappointed by the food although the reviews seemed good. I ordered Pico de Gallo and was told they didn’t have any. This is a Mexican restaurant! This was our first disappointment. The serve came over twice to ask if I wanted guacamole, I was not sure why and then the cook came out. Seems they they confused my order. The rice seriously disappointing…it was white rice with frozen mixed vegetables, I was expecting a Mexican rice with some flavour. No refried beans on the plate. The chicken chimichanga I ordered was ok. I had to ask twice for salsa to add flavour. Sorry too disappointed to take pictures.

The sauce was not authentic very sweet on the enchiladas and tacos. Didn't taste Mexican at all. The cheese was just cheddar. They had tea on display but said I couldn't order it. They forgot to give us utensils. The tequila was good and so was the atmosphere.
Extremely rude!! A friend and I were downtown today looking for a place to eat while waiting for her boyfriend as he had some stops to make at service Ontario and service Canada. We were looking for a specific place that I saw online but I got way too hungry and I started feeling weak, I'm pregnant and was over looking and Rosys corner was right there so I said to my friend let's try there. We went inside, it did not look like how I expected and smelt musty like a basement. I asked for menus and asked to sit outside. I needed to use the washroom as mentioned I started to not feel well because I'm pregnant and now starving. While I was in there my friend messaged me and said her boyfriend was done and came to to pick her up to go to service Canada. I was still starving but since my friend left I told them, I wasn't going to need a menu now. The lady working the place said to me, you will not use the washroom again, it's for customers only and accused me of lying about ordering to use the washroom? Like are you kidding me? Why would I lie to use the washroom? I'm sure any other business near by would be happy to allow a pregnant woman to use their washroom without needing to lie about making an order.... like there was a sceme to use their storage room of a bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. I calmly said to her, we were going to order and was trying to explain the situation and she was like "I don't think so, and was super rude... I eat out a lot, they will definitely not be ever getting my business in the future. Right after that we stopped at Nourish for a soup and another place near by for a poutine and mushroom caps. Very happy I didn't give them my business. Rude and ridiculous! Being rude and treating someone who comes into your establishment like that just costed you a customer in the future, especially since if they wouldn't have treated me that way we might have been right back because we went to eat somewhere else right after that when we got her boyfriends vehicle! I was so stunned I had to come write a review.

In my opinion this is one of the gems of Sudbury. The food is delicious, Rosy is the sweetest lady, and the vibe is awesome. They've got a cute patio in the summer too. Done in or take out, it's always a good choice!

Quesadilla is okay, rice has no seasoning at all and the salad is just greens no form of dressing whatsoever. You’d expect more flavour out of a Mexican restaurant. The serving of “sauce” is smaller than a shot glass.
