Prices went up, portions are small and staff isn’t friendly. They don’t have a lot of competition here in Sudbury which is why they stay busy even tho they pretty much suck. Rice and noodles are cheap and the girl put like one little ass scoop like cmon 🤨 then the rice was hard and flavourless

This is the first time I have experienced bad service. East Indian working the cash was on her phone talking to somebody through her earbud. I usually leave a good tip, but not this time. She ruined it for the other two workers there. I will not be eating here again if she is on cash or serving my food. The food has always been amazing and continues to be.

I eat here fairly often but the food is always cold. It used to be nice and hot. When I order a cooked meal I expect it to be hot. Price is crazy $18 for 2 items. Wow!

I had ordered egg roles and when I got back to work I noticed they didn’t really look like egg roles. I took 1 small bite to check and realized right away they’re definitely are not egg roles. I walked back and just said I had ordered egg roles but they were spring roles. The girl takes my order then proceeds to talk to the other girl in a different language while giving me the side eye. I spoke up since it was very obvious they were talking about me, and said “that I did order egg roles?” And the girl said “ya well you took a bite”. I explained “yes I did take a bite cause I don’t order them often and wanted to make sure?” I also ordered 2 so I don’t see why 1 small bite out of 1 constitutes the attitude I got and not getting a replacement? It kind of worries me they were going to put them back out to sell. I will never go back and after talking to fellow mall workers, this seems to be a pattern from them and many of us won’t be going back. The pricing alone has deterred us enough but now it’s definitely not worth being treated poorly.

I stopped by Sizzling Wok for a quick takeout before work, craving something simple to satisfy my hunger. I ordered three egg rolls, but was shocked to find out they were $3.75 each, totaling just over $10 for the order. That's a bit much, especially when I know other places nearby where I can get similar egg rolls for less than half that price.
The disappointment didn't end with the price. When I got my food, the egg rolls were overcooked—almost burned. They looked like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The taste was as bad as they looked: dry, burnt, and lacking any of the flavors I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sizzling Wok based on this experience. The price was steep, and the quality just wasn't there. I won't be coming back.

Young girls working are incompetent and disrespectful. No greetings , no conversation. It would be easier to go to a self checkout at a grocery store . They made a mess of my food and threw me a bag when I mentioned it was to go . Food is bad , noodles were a saggy mess . Don’t go here !
