Just wondering what time they should stop serving food. Went at 7:40PM tonight and all dishes were empty with people standing around.

I had ordered egg roles and when I got back to work I noticed they didn’t really look like egg roles. I took 1 small bite to check and realized right away they’re definitely are not egg roles. I walked back and just said I had ordered egg roles but they were spring roles. The girl takes my order then proceeds to talk to the other girl in a different language while giving me the side eye. I spoke up since it was very obvious they were talking about me, and said “that I did order egg roles?” And the girl said “ya well you took a bite”. I explained “yes I did take a bite cause I don’t order them often and wanted to make sure?” I also ordered 2 so I don’t see why 1 small bite out of 1 constitutes the attitude I got and not getting a replacement? It kind of worries me they were going to put them back out to sell. I will never go back and after talking to fellow mall workers, this seems to be a pattern from them and many of us won’t be going back. The pricing alone has deterred us enough but now it’s definitely not worth being treated poorly.

I didn’t end up ordering, I was craving a wonton soup and I asked if it was salty and they said yes it’s too salty and didn’t do anything about it.

I stopped by Sizzling Wok for a quick takeout before work, craving something simple to satisfy my hunger. I ordered three egg rolls, but was shocked to find out they were $3.75 each, totaling just over $10 for the order. That's a bit much, especially when I know other places nearby where I can get similar egg rolls for less than half that price.
The disappointment didn't end with the price. When I got my food, the egg rolls were overcooked—almost burned. They looked like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The taste was as bad as they looked: dry, burnt, and lacking any of the flavors I was hoping for.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sizzling Wok based on this experience. The price was steep, and the quality just wasn't there. I won't be coming back.

Young girls working are incompetent and disrespectful. No greetings , no conversation. It would be easier to go to a self checkout at a grocery store . They made a mess of my food and threw me a bag when I mentioned it was to go . Food is bad , noodles were a saggy mess . Don’t go here !

Honestly food is good never an issue.My issues are they dont follow mall hours (if they do stay open late its with what ever left overs are in premade containers.)Its over priced 20 bucks for a 2 item combo plus 1 eggroll no drink...Ask for 1 plum sauce for the eggroll and soya sauce and they hand you 1 of each..ask for more soya sauce and you get this deathly stare.The counter ladies or atleast the one seems too always be in the worst mood possible. If you hate the job then quit lady!Wasted my time driving to mall specifically for this place multipul times to find out 1.5 hours before mall closes they got nothing to serve and stand therw to abide by what used to be mall rules to be open the full listed hours...
Just ordered food from here mins ago. Prices have gone way up but even worse was the giant chunk of hair mixed in with the sesame chicken. Returned food to get money back, rude service. 0 stars all day long.

Bought their two item, from their menu. Sesame chicken was less of chicken more of burnt flour. You cant even chew it.Portion was a lot less compared to other places. Rice and veggies were okay. Better spend your money somewhere else.

The girls were extremely rude and tried to rush me as I was the only one in line. I asked for pepper stack and only got zucchini when I asked for some actual steak they got rude again tried to only give me half portions. I don't know if I'll be back love the food do not like any of the new servers
