Hands down worst Starbucks I have been to. Workers are arrogant and slow. Majority of time I’ve used this location, the workers are just chatting with each other while people are waiting for their coffee. I just drive to other locations now as I just can’t stand the brutal, lazy service.

Not sure how staff are improperly making drinks when they’re reading the exact order off of a label. They need to spend less time yapping and more time focused on the task at hand. Paying $8 for a drink to be made wrong is egregious.

Three words. White Hyundai Venue. This is my favourite Starbucks in Sudbury. The staff is always so quick, lovely and always aim to please. My only complaint occurs in the parking lot. There are two 5-minute parking spots for mobile order pick-ups and one always seems to be occupied by a white Hyundai Venue. I’m aware that this is quite the minuscule thing to be upset about, but it’s the fact that it goes against what the sign says. I’m unsure if it’s an employee, or a regular customer but when needing to run in very quickly to pick up a drink, and the parking lot is full; seeing that dang Hyundai Venue parked in a spot that was not for its benefit really puts a damper on my Starbucks experience.

The baristas are usually great with the orders. Its usually busy place in the afternoon so it gets busy and there is a wait for your order. Ive had an order incorrectly made and they were fast and generous at fixing it promptly :)

This branch has a good location where one can actually spend time in a leisure activity like reading or get some work done. It's spacious and has different seating options. The location doesn't feel alienating, like some other cafes that are engulfed by depressing parking lots.
The coffees are good, as expected, on most days. Lately, the hygiene and cleanliness of the store has been questionable, as there are spills or stains that are not wiped. The adult staff are professional and pleasant to interact with; they seem experienced, not just as baristas in a customer-facing service world, but also as mature people. But some of the younger staff are standoffish and arrogant. The stout young man is perennially pissed off. Like a pitbull. It's amusing.
Overall, this is a wonderful cafe to hang out with friends or spend quality time with oneself with a nice hot cuppa joe.
Really disappointed with my visit. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and the coffee tasted terrible—definitely not the quality I expect from Starbuck
