Not sure if the person called Manthan, probably the manager of the store, is one of them, or has only met and dealt with cheapsters who come to his store to get refunds on a Saturday morning at 11 AM. We needed a veggie Pattie added to order, might have been a miscommunication from our side, but he guy came with a rude straight face making us feel like we are here to get a refund, however we were going to pay for the extra Pattie. Not sure how such a manager would have trained his employees, he clearly said that he does not care about us leaving a bad review when we said that we are going to leave you a review. The guy needs to be retrained, and this time with special emphasis on how to deal with customers not looking at them as someone who is here to loot his store. And also, if he as the store manager doesn’t care about them having bad reviews then that is a different story altogether.

The severs here are very friendly and nice! They made my sandwich with friendship and I swear it makes the sandwiches taste 10x better then it already was, 100/10 subway

I got a foot long and asked if he can wrap it in two 6 inches bc I like to eat one later but he said he cant do that they don't do that anymore. Is this true ? I would like to know why

Went to get a cold cut sub yesterday at this location all of a sudden a huge thud and their whole shelving rack in the back holding products fell, I gasped and yelled are they okay and the guy making my sub just looked over and didn't check in on his coworkers. It looked like the shelf fell on the one guy and he didn't seem to care. I don't know what kind of training you guys give your staff but im pretty sure that's an incident report that needs to be submitted and your customers shouldn't come over safety.
