Went here for lunch after Boxing Day shopping in the mall on December 26th. I got a footlong cold cut on Italian herbs and cheese. The bun was so hard and crispy, the crust was flaking off and the cheese was dark brown as if I got it toasted (I didn’t), making me believe they took old leftover bread from Christmas Eve on the 24th and threw it back in the oven to “revive it” and serve it 2 days later. It was the worst sub I’ve ever had in my life. The lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were so sparse, the guy put 4 measly seethrough cucumbers in a crooked line (I obviously asked for more) and was just overall rushing my order and skimping on the toppings. The lettuce was also wilted and shriveled up. He put one line of mayo across, so I asked for more and he ended up squirting it near the edge. When I opened up the paper about to eat it, the mayo was all over the paper and the side of my bun. A total mess. I will not eat at the mall subway ever again.

Horrible customer service, made a slight mistake on a mobile order and they were unforgiving.

They also put next to no meat on my sub, and no cheese despite telling me so.

Total rip off. AVOID there are many other places close by that will give you what you pay for.

The food was disgusting. The meat was stale and the cheese was shaved so thin that i couldnt even taste it which was a good thing. Gross… will never go back to this subway. They shave the meat and cheese so thinly… trying to save $???? In the long run it’s going to hurt your business

Very very bad quality sandwich . We had veggie Pattie sandwich. Veggie Pattie was cold even after toasting. They were putting very less amount of veggie. Tasted disgusting 🤮. Never again and never recommend. Service was also very bad. Very much bad experience.

First of all I want to say crapy bullshit customer service.
This has happened to me twice now. Digital apps are made to make life easier and save you time right?
I ordered and went to the store after like 10-15 mints and they had some customers I understand it can be a little busy at times but still 15 mints after and I had to wait 10 more mints.
Now today my 2nd time there’s no people in the line and I told them I placed my order thru the app cuz why not? Save time & money thru offers right?
They one guy named Karan responded rudely tha wait it will take time and I had to step out of the line and they took and made orders of people behind me now FIRST! and after making all of them I got my order handed with a cold Face!
Either the company tell me that don’t use the app the “App orders” are not a priority? Or please train your employees.

Had trouble getting on the app and when I finally did it was super slow. I also had chosen Italian bread for my sandwich and submitted the order. When I got to the store the bread was now whole grains. The sandwiches were already made so I picked it up and had to give it to my husband. Im not allowed whole wheat or grains. I dont know why the bread selection had changed. I reviewed it before finishing my order and submitting it. I'll double check from now on. 0
