Had trouble getting on the app and when I finally did it was super slow. I also had chosen Italian bread for my sandwich and submitted the order. When I got to the store the bread was now whole grains. The sandwiches were already made so I picked it up and had to give it to my husband. Im not allowed whole wheat or grains. I dont know why the bread selection had changed. I reviewed it before finishing my order and submitting it. I'll double check from now on. 0

Not sure if the person called Manthan, probably the manager of the store, is one of them, or has only met and dealt with cheapsters who come to his store to get refunds on a Saturday morning at 11 AM. We needed a veggie Pattie added to order, might have been a miscommunication from our side, but he guy came with a rude straight face making us feel like we are here to get a refund, however we were going to pay for the extra Pattie. Not sure how such a manager would have trained his employees, he clearly said that he does not care about us leaving a bad review when we said that we are going to leave you a review. The guy needs to be retrained, and this time with special emphasis on how to deal with customers not looking at them as someone who is here to loot his store. And also, if he as the store manager doesn’t care about them having bad reviews then that is a different story altogether.

The severs here are very friendly and nice! They made my sandwich with friendship and I swear it makes the sandwiches taste 10x better then it already was, 100/10 subway
