I did a mobile order at this location, take out at 10pm. I got 2 foot long subs to go for dinner this evening for my boyfriend and I. 10/10 the food was delicious!!! everything was correct on our sandwiches, the worker at the time I can’t remember his name but he was super friendly, kind and greeted me when I walked in the door. I am highly satisfied with my meal and the visit as well as the service. 100% recommend this location over any other subway location in Sudbury. They also have lots of drink choices fountain and bottled . To the guy who served me tonight thank you for your kind service you made my day!!!

fountain drink dispenser had mold in it. When bringing it up to employees they had no concern and said it was okay although there were chunks of mold floating in the cup.

Cross contamination in that place is crazy. Uncooked bacon on top of the cheese, throwing ingredients into the steel pans (they never put them back in the right bin) all the veggies are basically just mixed together in one spot. You ask for lettuce and youll get olives with it. Pretty gross

I love subway but this location is terrible. They water down the Subsauce to the point you can’t even taste it. That’s one way to cut costs but also a good way to lose customers. I won’t go back and I definitely do not recommend anyone does.

They will always avoid somehow to avoid using coupons. Coupons work at all Subways but not here. Every time they try to make excuses. Will avoid.

This is my third Rice Bowl order from this restaurant, and my three experiences with the Rice Bowl orders from this Subway franchise have been low quality, subpar, and not Subway standard. I ordered a Rice Bowl - Jerk Chicken this time through Mobile Order with In-Store Pick-up. The bowl was only 1/2 filled. I ordered more spinach and less lettuce, and they put the opposite on the rice bowl. No black olives or banana peppers were put in the rice bowl, and I had asked for them in my Mobile Order. The worst part is that there was barely any Jerk Chicken in the rice bowl. The contents of the bowl seemed like it was for a wrap. It was ridiculous! I will not be back in this Subway. There are other better Subway stores in the city. Unfortunately, the other Subway stores are farther away, so I won't have Subway for a while. This was my third experience in this Subway store, enough for me to decide not to return. NOTE TO SELF & OTHERS: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY STORE.
