I came in this morning, and when I saw who was working, I almost just left, but decided to ask, and ,as usual, when this guy is working, they have no eggs. I have literally been turned away 5 times now, as this guy won't serve eggs. It been over the course of 3 weeks, no eggs. Very disappointing. If I show up to someone else working, I can have eggs.

Staff weee great, bread was stale. We purchased 3 subs and no one enjoyed any of them. I really wish they would provide owners email instead of leaving bad reviews. Will not return to that location

I ordered the 6 inch chicken Teriyaki, was charged $8.59 but the promotion is $5.99. I mentioned this to the cashier but she didn’t acknowledge my concern. Her coworker fixed the price to $5.99.

Today I went to Subway and ordered a sub, but when I opened it to eat, I was completely shocked and disgusted. There wasn’t just one hair in my food—there was a bunch of hairs tangled together inside the sub. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this location. I lost my appetite immediately and couldn’t eat anything after that. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper cleanliness and staff hygiene. I will think twice before visiting again.

I'm gluten free because I have an allergy, it cost me 28$ to have a regular footlong @sudbury subway. Its usually 20$.

Store owner is not even bothered to get i want, he skipped the steps.. and telling me we don’t do heating of bread and cheese….. are you kidding me !! This store has to taken care by subway and should charge hefty fine as i got sick and vomit whole sub after eating it and also got throat infection after 1 day. And stomach infection. Also gonna raise to the subway for taking proper action. I am damm sure you will see. Worst Subway store in canada so far.. save your health by not buying anything..

It's 12;15pm, they have no soup or chili and refused to make coffee.....terrible food....
We ordered two footlongs with veggie patty toasted...when she kept inside oven .one of the white cheese slices came out of the bread and she didn't even noticed..adding to that veggie patty was not even warm..it was cold like ice... ridiculous..

I visited this subway around 15 july, i ordered online first time and my subway was disaster bread was too hard, I wasn’t even able to eat it properly when I told one girl there called TRISHA she was calling herself supervisor ,she was so rude , they didn’t grilled and didn’t even informed me , she was yelling at me in front of other customers when i told her about this . She was not even apologetic for her behaviour neither for food !! Never going there again, there staff don’t know any customer service !!!
