New Year’s Eve meal, chicken was dry! Both white meat and dark meat! They ran out of butter so did not include it with our take out meal! But didn’t tell us. We had to eat dry baked potato and dry buns! Completely unacceptable! Swiss chalet should monitor their stores for bad quality food and cooking! I will no longer give tip prior to receiving meal

Very disappointed in the chicken pot pie. We arrived in Sudbury about 07:30 PM on Oct 8th. We were very tired so decided we would get Swiss chalet as it was directly across from our hotel on Regent St. I went in and placed our order for take out. Was told it would take about 10 or 15 minutes as the chicken pot pie takes longer. 25 minutes later our order was ready. No complaints if the order was acceptable except only part of the order was cooked. My husband had the chicken sandwich, no complaints. I had the chicken pot pie, unfortunately it was barely warm and the crust was not cooked. The crust wasn’t even lightly browned. and parts of the crust was raw dough. Very disappointing after a long day. I tried to call the restaurant a few times prior to closing time but each time it sounded like the phone was answered and disconnected.

Swiss chalet is always clutch for great chicken. The sauce is killer, and the fries are great. Always great takeout, good dine in, and they always have great service.

Had the hot chicken dinner had lots of corn good portion on the chicken, wife had chicken wrap dinner over all meal was good staff friendly, will probably return.

Horrible, plain and simple. Everything we ordered was not cooked properly. The kids pizza totally burned and black. The chicken fingers seemed off totally rubbery and the sweet potatoe fries were under cooked go figure. Worst takeout I've had from a Swiss chalet.

Our young server was pleasant & patient with the family in front of us, helping them to select for their family and at the same time choose the most economical combinations. She really impressed us. Our order was taken in the same manner and ready when she predicted. We took our food to our hotel. The food was very fresh— in fact we commented that it was our best Swiss Chalet experience ever!!!

Good food. Portions are reasonnable. Decor needs a little refreshment. Excellent service. Prices as expected. Overall very good.
