One of the best restaurants in the mall! My family and I really enjoy their shrimp pad Thai; it’s always our top choice for a quick eat-out dinner. Their fried rice is also very nice to eat, not dry like other places. Overall, I would rate my experience there 10/10.

This is not a fried padthai. My friend’s was put in a bowl with much more sauce, likely full of the bowl. It’s a soup.
Fried rice was burned, and black.
The only good thing was they’re cooked just when customers order.
Staffs focused on phones, we stood for a while until they knew.
100% disappointed.

I work in the mall and go once every week or two. Absolutely love their food. For the first time ever they messed up the order and had it spicy. I called them and replaced it immediately no issues. They've always been cheerful and great to deal with.

There food is amazing, but they don't tend to make anything spicy when you ask for it to be. When I ask the worker if it was spicy she said a little bit. I told her I'd like it spicy according to their scale(mild medium spicy thai spicy. She just gave me packets I added both and was not spicy.

Don't go here if u really wanna taste Thai food. I ordered chicken fried rice with pineapple n tomato (which is no.5)..they give rice with chicken carrot. I ordered tom yum soup but unfortunately doesn't taste at all. When I asked why the soup doesn't taste like Thai tom yum, one of the rude lady ask me to go Thailand. Pls don't cheat customer by the name of Thai or Tom Yum

This is nothing close to authentic Pad See Ew. It's actually testedless. The noodles and vegetables are not the right ones, no eggs, plus they are undercooked. Very disappointed.

They have no respect for food. We ordered vegetarian Pad Thai. It was undercooked and had only 2 pieces of tofu.When I asked about it they said they cooked the noodles well and that’s how it should be. I told them my young kid feels it is undercooked but the lady was adamant that the noodles are cooked.Regarding the tofu pieces, the reply I got was the number of pieces should be about 2-5. This is a lie. We have had the same food couple of times before and we always got a lot of tofu pieces (more than 5).The person was quite rude and throwed the food in the trash in front of me and then returned the money for the item.In times like today when the food is scarce and prices are too high, to me her throwing the food in the garbage was too harsh and rude. She could have just said sorry or offered more tofu pieces instead she grabbed the food from my hand and dumped it in the garbage.Disappointed and shocked.

Great Place, never had an issue with the food there. It is always such a Sudbury delicacy for me whenever I travel there for Costco runs but a bit disappointing that they refused service after 4:45pm after they told me they closed at 5pm, so be sure to order before 4:45
