Great service! We are always stressed to try new places due to severe peanut ALLERGIES. When we told the waiter he said he would speak to the chef. The chef came out and spoke to us saying he is aware of the allergy and will put all stuff separate etc... very comforting to know they take it seriously. Never had a chef come out and talk to us about the allergy. Very impressed!!! And made us so much more comfortable. They even brought out the toddler a peanut free snack prior to the meal at no charge WOW... very very impressed

Unfortunately we did not have a good visit to the Keg this time. My meal was not what I ordered and I told the waitress. She left to, I assume, rectify the problem leaving me with a plate of food without the shrimp and scallops I had ordered. I didn't touch my food because I didn't know what was going to happen. Ten minutes later the waitress came to the table with a bowl of seafood. I told her the food was now cold. The manager came over and apologized for the mistake. She proceeded to explain what was being done to rectify the problem. I had to wait another ten minutes for a newly cooked meal. It was delicious and I appreciated how it ended. It was unfortunate what happened and my suggestion would be to make sure the customer is aware of what's happening as soon as possible. This will not keep me from going back but it wasn't the best dining experience this time. We enjoy the Keg.
I have eaten at The Keg for several years and it is my favourite place. This time not sure what was going on the Chef didn't have his game on. First the salad was full of brown pieces I started picking it out and then just placed it aside. The waiter said oh that doesn't look very good. So the manager came and offered me another salad. Reluctantly I said yes. Then the main course came the mashed potatoes were laying flat like pudding again I've never seen that before. So anyways I ordered my crème brûlée and my husband said at least they can't screw that up. Oh ya black crème brûlée I had to pick the sugar off so disappointed. We got 10% off our bill. Needless to say I love the keg maybe the chef will step it up a notch. Awesome waiter super helpful and friendly.

Met up with some old friends and the keg never disappoints it was outstanding . We had fantastic service with Emily in the bar area. She was very accommodating and had some great suggestions. She had amazing personality

Our wait staff, Stephan, was absolutely great on a very busy shift. He was attentive and very professional. There was a large party near us and their wait staff were very efficient as well. We always make it a point to enjoy dinner at the Keg when we go to Sudbury. My food allergy was noted and given appropriate precautions. Thank you Keg!

We really enjoyed everything. I think the dessert menu could use a change. One improvement could be to add a homestle bread pudding. It would compliment any steak and go well with the chicken and blackened options. Leaving the cap on the rib steak is a tender tasty idea as well. Overall great time and meal
My appetizer, escargot, was warm at best. Drinks before dinner took a long time to get. Ordered the filet mignon it was ok but portions of mashed potatoes and veggies were small. Always loved the Keg but was disappointed.

Food was served in a timely manner. My lobster bisque wasn't very hot so the waiter, Stephan, was quick to offer to replace it and he also He provided feedback to the kitchen. The food did not disappoint...we ordered all appetizers tonight. Stephan was very efficient and I liked his down to earth demeanour.

The food is amazing! Best place in town for steak or prime rib. The wait staff are excellent, providing a top quality dining experience! And the Billy Miners Pie is heavenly and a great surprise for a birthday!
After we had sat down I was really uncomfortable in the chair I was in and politely asked to move and the general manager was so accommodating. It was my birthday and I don't get to eat at the keg often and I felt for the price it should be comfortable. The staff that had to reset the table were very inconsiderate and were talking about how inconsiderate and annoying it was that the table had to be reset. The food was delicious but this experience made me not want to return.

We got bread really late We asked for Medium well on steaks and got Well Done - Hard as a rock Prime rib was not cooked enough Rarely saw the waiter We have been there many times before and super disappointed in the service we received last night really really disappointed.. We aren't the type to complain but last night really disappointed. With the prices we should get better service then we did last night. Our bill came up to $326.68 with tip and honestly last night after lasts nights visit thinking of not going back unless it's made right.
Food was great but the surrounding sound contributed to having to repeat ourselves. We found it difficult to hear each other due to the thus surrounding noise level. Service was wonderful and the food was delicious.
