i ordered Step tea medium with herb and garlic pastry and everything bagel customized with lettuce tomato sauce with hashbrown and there was something like a thread of cloth which ruined the taste i had to throw it into the garbage as a health concern otherwise the tea was good and the pastry was also good but i am very disappointed with the bagel

Pretty much given up on tim Hortons. Had a bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese on bagel and ... 2 TINY stripe of bacon, 2 limp leafs of lettuce, tiny portion of cheese and NO tomato. Ordered it tp be buttered...wasn't buttered.
Seems tims is focussed on reducing the quantities of ingredients to keep profits and sure in no way possible does the food resemble the photos on the menu board.
And being NOT canadian owned any more to heck with tims

We stop in once a week when we are in town. The staff are great! But we are tired of getting the wrong order - or really
harsh coffee. Such a disappointment.

I chose to help a man in a wheelchair up a curb in order to access this location. The lowered curb was blocked by parked vehicles. The food and staff were great but what stood out was this accessibility issue

Very bad service, order was not as i want, as per tim Hortons policy if someone like food store should replace with another but crew member refused to replace it

I get my iced coffee from here often and One guy that works the afternoon/evening shift on the weekends not sure of his name makes it amazing everytime.

I have to say that this place really surprised me! One of the owner Kayli was out cleaning tables and fixing displays with a full staff on hand, very impressed how this place is versus many other locations. One of the cleanest locations
