Hi I ordered a steep tea from this tim hortons but he made coffee first. When i went for the replaced it. No doubt he changed it but again he made something else not steep tea. He even did not apologize for his mistake. He is very rude in his service. He made my order wrong twice. Then i did not came for change it. I really feel very bad yesterday.

Tim is always pretty busy whether it is in college or in mall, still you can get your order much quicker. I love French Vanilla and Hot Chocolate the most. Even you can get offers through survey coupon which I like the most.

The service is very slow here. There are not enough staff managing the place. I would suggest tim hortons to appoint more staff here as there are a lot of people visiting the mall. It becomes challenging for employees working at the mall with 10 mins break.
