Waited 30 mins for my food. No eggs at 8am. Then asked for and ICED latte and she gave me a regular hot one. Horrible service and wouldn't remake my drink. One of the worse service I've had in a long time.

I just picked 1 star for atmosphere, because it's very quiet at night. I'm not sure how it is during the day. The staff kindve rush your order but it's understandable, it's a very busy area in the day time.

The only problem with the Notre dame Tim is, They won't stir the coffee, and that's why I have to order 4 sugar instead of 2 most of the times. Sometimes get with no sugar. Same happens with honey aswell. I don't usually do reviews, but this time I decided to. Not only me, but my friends also share the same story and they buy from different location now. Too disappointed with this kinda service I hope you guys can do something about it

Did online order around 6:10 was there at 6:20 And they said they don’t have crispy chicken for my wrap i said instead go with normal coffee. Extra 13mins for that. Not acceptable for drive thru.

I usually visit this Tim Hortons late at night, and the experience is always great—especially when Vardaan is working. He always serves fresh coffee with a friendly attitude and excellent service. Got a Large Orange Tangerine Quencher at the Notre Dame Tim Hortons and it was made perfectly - blended with whip cream and so good.The Farmer’s Wrap was super fresh and tasty -made just right and really hit the spot. Big thanks to Joyal for the great service and friendly vibe!
