Been going to this location since it has opened, never been an issue with service. By far one of the fastest drive-throughs in the city that I have used and very friendly window server !

Stopped in on our way through town. Friendly customer service, clean atmosphere and good food/coffee. Will definitely be back again next time we’re up that way.
Must be the new canadians not knowing what a double double is.

I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback, but my experience on Tuesday evening, November 26, at 6:43 PM was beyond unacceptable. The staff demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills. Upon entering, I saw three female employees behind the counter. Despite there being no other customers in line, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.
When one of them finally approached, I placed an order for four items. I received my coffee and donuts and waited another 7 minutes for my tea biscuit to be toasted and buttered. The female employee who prepared it threw it down in front of me without a word and turned and walked away without so much as making eye contact.
There is no excuse for treating paying customers with such disrespect. If you're looking for decent service, I strongly suggest going anywhere else.
Management: I urge you to invest time in training your employees to display even the most basic level of respect and professionalism. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
This was my first visit to this location and it will definitely be my last.

I went there yesterday and ordered a French vanilla, it was missing a 1/3 of the drink. I’m tiered of Tim Hortons, and this location always being stingy with their drink levels. I pay a specific amount of money, I expect the specific amount of drink I payed for.

Went this morning only one car in front of me so they weren’t busy. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a steeped tea. Got to work and bagel had almost no cream cheese and I got a coffee instead. This has happened too many time and I will not be returning.

The tim hortons on notre dame in sudbury are great workers and all serve w a smile. In my opinion u should encourage ur store locations to put music in ur dining room cause music is fun, and fun makes people happy. Happy people come back to great service and a smile. When i worked at wendys 20 years ago, we had music in our dining room. However, because we have so many new comers u shoul encourage ur music style to include their music style to. Horrible experience, terrible customer service at this branch. Horrible manager.
So, I went by the drive through and ordered an XL Chai double double. they almost charged me for a blueberry quencher. Luckily I asked how much the price of the chai is and she said a higher price than i typically expect for the chai so I asked if they're sure. Corrected and fixed so I paid and I drove away and usually don't sip on hot tea immedietely, upon reaching my destination and checking, turns out they gave me an earl grey tea XL double double and didn't even mix the sugar at the bottom (rookies!)
Went back to complain and they gave me attitude in the drive thru. Finally offered a medium (even tho I paid last time for an XL) and so I eventually said just charge me the difference and they said no.
Ended the ordeal by saying have a good day thank you and drove off.
Tim hortons, please focus on training and showing people what a Canadian Experience should be.

We repeated our order twice in the drive through and they still got it wrong, had to circle back around to buy the items they forgot a second time.

Went throught he drive thru this morning and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and large hot chocolate. When I saw on the screen it said the first one was a combo. I explained to the person that it was to be just a sandwich no combo, they clarified they will fix it. I get to the window to pay and I was asked what I wanted in my coffee. I stated that their was no coffee and just the 2 sandwiches and 1 drink, no combos. They lady then changed it. So before I paid, I asked to make sure it was just the 2 sandwiches and 1 large hot chocolate, rudely saying that I didn't want the hot chocolate. So I reiterated for the 3rd time of what my order was. The whole time the person at the window was rude, never apologized or nothing. I get it's busy and it's loud in there, but you should always read back the order if there was miscommunication multiple times and never be rude to or in front of customers.

Ordered 3 small iced Capps and they were way below the fill line. They were at the 3 line on the cup. We asked at the window for them to be filled up more, as iced Capps are already quite expensive and we wanted what we were paying for, and the woman came back and they were then only filled to the 4 line on the cup. Apparently that’s ‘policy’ now. Won’t be back. This use to be the best Tim’s in town but it went so downhill lately.
