Very bad customer service ,ordered through drive through first and waited in the whole line and and girl told me to come in to pay, when i come in they said they canceled the order and i have to wait in the line inside

We come regularly through the drive thru during the overnight hours. The server we usually have, Vardaan, is amazing. He knows our order, is always smiling and happy, and has excellent customer service.

Honestly don't even know why I keep ordering from Tim Hortons. Guy at the mic was rude didn't even say good morning, just what do you want. Asked for an iced coffee got a iced cap instead. Bagel only had cream cheese on one side. Hasbrown was cold and not crispy at all. I'm just over it

When i asked for a peppemint tea , first they gave me a tea which is too hot to drink and i went back to tell them and the employer who was at the employer and was rude by saying whenevrr i come i talk very low . Generally my voice low and on this day i was not feeling good which made my voice more lowrr . But @owner is this how you train employees to talk to customers ? I nver seen this guy before so i never took orders from him . Normally i come at night to drink coffee and the guy who serves is really calm polite and gentle . Maybe he should be serving customers at the day time . And then they serve a cup of milk . Tired tbh

I had a Large Orange Tangerine Quencher Properly done with the Whip Cream & I even asked if she could please blend it all together, It was the Most Delicious one that I ever had ! The Smile Cookies where so amazing, and still VERY, VERY FRESH after 24 hours... It's so nice to see SMILES on Tim Hortons Cookies.....

Must be the new canadians not knowing what a double double is. Always adding milk instead of cream. Or is it peticular franchises being cheap. Lost my buisseness. To many times this has happend.

I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback, but my experience on Tuesday evening, November 26, at 6:43 PM was beyond unacceptable. The staff demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills. Upon entering, I saw three female employees behind the counter. Despite there being no other customers in line, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.
When one of them finally approached, I placed an order for four items. I received my coffee and donuts and waited another 7 minutes for my tea biscuit to be toasted and buttered. The female employee who prepared it threw it down in front of me without a word and turned and walked away without so much as making eye contact.
There is no excuse for treating paying customers with such disrespect. If you're looking for decent service, I strongly suggest going anywhere else.
Management: I urge you to invest time in training your employees to display even the most basic level of respect and professionalism. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
This was my first visit to this location and it will definitely be my last.
