1.The staff really needs to learn how to prioritize orders.
2. I had ordered a chicken spicy rose flatbread pizza, and there was a pungent smell in the pizza. Of course I had an upset stomach because of that.
3. You guys need to clean the space, the counter is so dirty with dust on it, that's where you guys keep our food!

Worst of all tim hortons I've seen in food preparation, time taken and service. They forgot to prepare the food or forfot serve the food or they don't serve at all for the ones who i ordered because they forgot to. Or else you'll have to wait for long time. The absolute worst. Tim hortons must pay a visit to check the things in here. Everything is wrong here.

I walked in the door and thought I was in am episode of the twilight zone. Line up had quite a variety of people in it. No tables to sit at. People sitting on floor. Where are the bathrooms???

I ordered the fastest coffee you can make (Americano) and a donut. There were 2 people in front of me waiting. People before me and after me were getting their coffee and leaving and I was waiting for my Americano for 7-8 mins with no line at the restaurant. When I asked to cancel it as I need to run they said that Americano takes time. As a person who worked at the bar I know very well that it is a very quick drink and doesn't need much attention and that's why I ordered it when I had no time to wait for a different one. Especially with the automatic espresso machine, it would be ready before the next person finished the order.

After I said that I'm late and I need to go instead of asking if I want to take a regular black coffee or apologizing for the inconvenience and money waste or at least somehow providing me some actual service he ignored me, turned around and starting taking order from another person. I want to add that I wasn't rude or mean to get this kind of treatment. Literally took my money for nothing.

This is crazy!!I ordered Green tea with cream takes too long.I almost missed my bus and I didnt take my tea anymore!!I dont like this branch!I wasted my almost $3 dollars🤯took forever for only tea😤

I ordered a ice cap on the app, they didn't have the ingredients that day fine, I asked for earl grey tea and was given orange picko couldn't have been someone else's it was only me and 1 other girl waiting and she had had gotten her drinks, thanks for that.
