I had Angel serve me. She offered if anyone was paying cash she capfuls take them at the first cash. She was pleasant and helpful. And she just offered great quality service. She offered to check if there was cheese croissant informed me there wasn’t but there was plain. Which was fine she offered to warm it up . She was just the perfection of quality service

i am writing to report a deeply troubling incident at your tim hortons location. on my recent visit, i purchased a donut and an iced capp for a woman who was clearly in need and was inside the store with me. after i paid, i noticed that every other customer before me received their baked goods immediately, but my order was deliberately delayed. when i asked for my donut several times, the employee refused to hand it over for minutes on end.
after that, i stepped outside and saw the woman come out without the iced capp i had bought for her. i asked what happened, and she told me they refused to give it to her. i went back in and asked for the iced capp i paid for, explaining that it was mine and that i had just been there a couple minutes earlier. the same tall male employee at the counter refused again, saying she was not allowed in the store. i told him, “i have the bank statements,” and that the drink was mine. after arguing back and forth, he finally gave it to me.
this same employee also refused to give another paying customer, a man experiencing homelessness, an extra honey for his tea, even though the man asked politely and offered to pay. this pattern of behavior shows clear disrespect and a lack of compassion toward vulnerable people.
this incident is unacceptable. no staff member has the right to deny a paid order or discriminate against any customer. a prompt investigation into this employee’s actions needs to be held immediately. this location has also been consistently slow, with old coffee and long wait times causing people to miss their buses.
i will never be returning to this facility again. this issue will be brought to corporate headquarters and, if necessary, to the news, as the treatment i witnessed was inexcusable. this location urgently needs retraining and oversight in basic decency, respect, and professionalism.

Most of the staff is not friendly the store is disgusting most of the time. The parking lot is gross garbage every where. The homeless bug for you to give them money or buy them food. Staff does nothing like for example tell them to leave the guests alone

Really great experience. Specially big ups and thanks to the front counter employee- Afzal as he is very polite and his customer service is top notch. No partiality among customers and when I was served cold tea, upon my request, he quickly asked the other female staff to prepare a new (hot) one and to serve me accordingly. It was so satisfying. Also, I have seen him speaking to other customers in very professional manner and he has a lot of patience while customers taking time to pay or order. Great customer service. Pleasure to be at the Tims, served by such great staff. The management should give promotions or increase the pay of such staff members.

This location is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I will never buy even a coffee from here again and I don’t recommend ever buying food. I ordered a coffee and breakfast wrap and they were not capable of making my wrap within the 30 minutes I spent waiting. People who showed up after me and ordered more food then me got their order but I was forced to get a refund. It should be first come first served and mobile orders should be banned.

I ordered just a small double at evening by with only two customers on board and I thought I will get my order quickly and they took 10 min and I barely took my bus.
