Completely, un called for maybe should have employees trained to be a little more respectful to there customers. I'm very sorry that you Tim Hortons is in a location where you have to deal with rough crowd of people. But doesn't mean you can discriminated someone because of what you think. This establishment is not run well at all. It's disgusting gross and they employees don't know anything about the law. My husband and my two service dogs were denied service because of what reason ??? Because the cashier is scared of dogs ??? All together this establishment needs help and better employees. Please leave are disabled alone. Don't need to attack them because the have service animal.

It's a real shame that Skip the Dishes only goes to this Tim Hortons. I have just deleted the app and downloaded "Doordash" as I hear the Tim Hortons I'd another location. 4 times in a row I have gotten smaller sizes of what I ordered and payed for. I have never seen this before. If I order and pay for extra large I get a medium- EVERY time. Called the store this time to see if they would rectify this, and i got nothing. At times like these where there is a clear recession, you should value your customers and their money. This is not feeling valued at all as you have now basically pocketed the remainder of my money for 4 orders now. I am a single mother and I don't appreciate being robbed and nothing being done about it. I am never ordering from this store again.

I visited there as it was conveniently located within walking distance of the Best Western. I arrived at 6:00 A.M., just as they were opening their doors.The staff greeted me warmly and were very friendly.The sandwiches were made with fresh ingredients, including crisp produce, making for a delightful meal.

They allowed a homeless man to hang out directly in front of their doors, begging for food. He was already there when I showed up. I told him no on my way in, but he was still there on the way out and asked again. He was fairly polite, and I couldn’t get around him, so I said yes to try and get out of the situation. Unfortunately, it turns out they know this homeless man by name (Peter) and they won’t serve him, and because I said it was “for him” they refused to serve me. Which meant I now needed to go back outside to this man, with nothing but what I had ordered for myself. Obviously he noticed that so he tried to ask me for my food, I gave him one of my three hashbrowns and some change so I could avoid telling him no, but he kept demanding for more. When I finally said no, his attitude changed and he started getting violent. He took a step back and then started punching the air and muttering threats while staring me down. He was directly in the path to head to the transit so I had no where to go and there was no security in sight. He eventually walked away but in the exact direction I needed to go to catch my bus. He saw me again at the depot and started yelling at me again.If they’re going to refuse to serve someone, the least they could do is make sure he’s away from the premises, like they were telling me he was supposed to be. I was almost attacked today because they wouldn’t let me buy him something, but yet, they couldn’t make sure he was gone?This happened around 8:30AM, it looked like they had full staff and a manager was in. The phone number listed for this location also does not work, as far as I can tell, as I haven’t been able to get through.

Small place no bathrooms it a walk in order and leave or drive through....you will see alot homless people hanging out in park lot or sit outside building....
