Went to the coniston location. No eggs. No bacon. 9am. Really?!? This was the second time I attempted. Half the time they have no everything bagels

If Zero stars was an option this place would be getting it , the staff have no motive they move like sloths , stand there while there’s line up to the door, don’t even think about ordering food unless you have 25 min to wait

Absolutely no consideration for in-store customers, I actually said something the last time I was there. One employee to serve customers in-store with 4 or 5 employees serving the drive thru. Not everyone can use the drive thru and when a customer places a large order it takes way too long not to mention the stress it's causing on the server. I made it clear that it's bullshit for one person to have to make 6 different coffees and teas and box 12 donuts while other employees are standing around the drive thru window. I noticed one customer leave because of the nonsense. I will avoid this location if things don't change

I waited ten minutes att the cash register i left empty handed why is it the staff Is so focused on the window instead of the customer's that got out of their car and walked in at the cash register they should be the ones being served first than the window people they're not the ones that got out of the car and walked in what really puzzles me they were full of staff so they were definitely not short so why is it that I had to wait at the cash register for 10 minutes and then I just decided to walk out the managers need to do better split your staff up a bit 2.
People at the cash register dealing with the customers inside and two people at the window believe me, it would be better that way because as I was a manager at a tim hortons at a very high pace area in oakville we always had 2 people at the cash register doing orders and 2 people. Or more at the window that's how I.
Kept all my customers happy. No, wait whatsoever at the cash. Register and no wait at the window as well you guys need to teach your staff how to work as a team. Because I don't see teamwork there. Whatsoever everyone is just all over the place and teamwork is the secret to success for any business in the food industry i just emailed Joshua Kobza CEO of tim hortons about this and hopefully this can change on the corporate level as so many more tim hortons do this but there are so many that don't do this either because of proper staff scheduling and teamwork so how I see things customers That actually got out of their cars and go in at the cash register should be served first the problem at this location.I think it's because of lack of teamwork and also the lack of placing the staff they're just all over the place
Carol makes the entire place feel dismal, she is unbelievably rude on the drive thru and if I wanted a cold raw bacon breakfast sandwich, I'm sure to get one when shes running sandwich bar. Cares more about times tben consistent product production.

100 Second Avenue & Hwy 17 we went to get breakfast the staff yelled out I am not making any breakfast I’m too busy, said we are short staffed, the guy at the counter said I guess you can’t have anything. He also made a comment when we ordered tea it take over 5 mins to make( showing a face like now I have to put the pot on)
She wouldn’t let have any food unless it was from the front counter. When we called to talk to the manager she said oh! Like I give a shit.

I've been a couple times and this location isn't great for food. They could use a corporate retraining so that their product is consistent. They almost never put sauce on the breakfast wraps. Drinks are usually fine.

Used to stop here everyday for a coffee and bagel or a breakfast sandwhich when at work, and the quality has gotten so bad since all the new menu items have been added that if you want breakfast your just better off to go somewhere else now, a coffee is just about the only good thing left here
I ordered 10 Timbits and when I got home and opened the box they weren’t glazed and they only gave 9. They also gave me the wrong size coffee at the window

Ordered 2 coffee’s and for some reason they’re not full. It happens at least once a week at this location. Getting tired of the employees scamming me of my coffee. I pay full for price for my coffee and get less coffee than any other Tim Hortons
