We were here for breakfast and was told to wait around 5 minutes for a scrambled egg wrap because the eggs werent ready. Ended up waiting around 15 minutes for it. Opened it and ate it to find out that it was a normal breakfast wrap.

This is now the 3rd time I ask and pay for chipotle on my breakfast sandwich, and there is absolutely 0 sauce and they taste dry. Seems like whoever is making the food doesn’t know how to read. I’m very upset at this point

The worst Tim Hortons in town. The managers are unbelievably rude towards staff and customers and the store is always a complete mess with food, coffee and milk spilt all over the place. You will receive your coffee with half the cup soaked from spilling milk on it. If you go for lunch and get an egg sandwich you’re almost guaranteed to get an old green rotting egg. How the health unit allows this store to run is beyond me. I don’t have high expectations from Tim Hortons but this location absolutely needs to care more about health and safety. I would advise to stay far away until changes are made.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Went in to order a coffee and muffin. After 15 min wait I was next in line , I saw the cashier grab a muffin with her bare and dirty hands and then saw 10 flies if not more fly off the muffins 🤢🤮 I then just walked away. I will never stop here again.

Went to the coniston location. No eggs. No bacon. 9am. Really?!? This was the second time I attempted. Half the time they have no everything bagels Not even sure I even bothered Left without getting anything
