I just stopped to use the bathroom đ
This tim hortons is so bad. Thry always messed up food and French Vanilla most of the time taste like water and if you tell them they change they do not do it atart giving attitude.
I ordered vaggi habernaro bowl and told them to put one line of extra sause but they put so much that it was impossible to take a bite.
I wish they improve their food quality and their service.

Got the wrong drink at a different Tim Hortons down the road from this one, when I went to get my drink corrected I was told âsorry we canât fix it since you didnât get it from ours, owners policyâ itâs known that you can go back to any Tim Hortons and get the item replaced.

Went here about a month ago and did drive through and the young girl was short and unwelcoming. The food I got had hair in it and I contacted the manager of this site and he left a voicemail but when I called back I was told he only works Wednesday⊠and he did not call me back- I attempted to rectify the issues internally but was unsuccessful.

Absolutely disgusted with the owner of this Tim Hortons specifically. I know many people who use this parking lot throughout the day to leave their vehicle including myself many times. Today I left my vehicle there for maybe 10 minutes to go have coffee I come back to my vehicle and get in and I'm told I'm not allowed to leave my car there for any amount of time, I stated that there is no signs but I'll be more than happy to move. After stating there are no signs the owner told me it's common sense and common respect to not use a public parking lot, he then tried to reach in my car and grab me to stop me from leaving. The owner is an older arrogant Indian man who seems to have a high sense of entitlement. Beware!

usually a 3-4+ minute wait to order, and sometimes even longer for said order, i watched a lady make my ice coffee, cough into the cup and her hands and continue making it. totally unacceptable

Iâd like to start by saying a few workers there have excellent customer service with that being said.
My 2 star review is for the following reasons:
Theyâre constantly running out of stuff, most recently medium cups, when asked if I can get a large for the price of a medium I was told no, even though itâs obviously not my fault they ran out and it shouldnât cost me for their negligence.
Second reason is because almost every time I go in the afternoon they have a line up. Understandable, however having 20 customers waiting on coffees you probably should help make the coffees not go wipe down the tables that are already clean cause everyone is still waiting for the their damn coffee.
Trying to charge me more for my order because they ran out of cups was my breaking point. Iâm a loyal customer that spends roughly 500-600$ a month at Timâs. By not giving me a large for the price of a medium I have decided to give another Tim Hortons my business for the foreseeable future.
