Can't get a 3 sandwich order correct, only received 2 sandwiches , check your food order at this location.
My absolutel favorite location the staff is all so amazing and friendly and always happy ... the afternoon shit tho rocks they remember customers and their orders all the time
I’m not the type to complain or anything but I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was ready in less than 2 minutes but when I got home I notice the lettuce was moldy/rotten on some part of it and I decided to take the bottom off and sure enough the lettuce was moldy. Like how can you serve this to someone. And also the girl couldn’t even look me in the eye when she handed it to me. This was either on purpose or accident but either way this is not acceptable what so ever. I would rate 0 if I could

The older lady in the drive thru is always kind and amazing at her job but unfortunately today she was not around… they didn’t give me one of my farmers wraps which happens so I went inside to get it. They told me I would have to pay for another wrap and I was in no mood to fight so I did. I just wanted my food and to leave. The lady at the cash was being very rude to her coworker which I did not appreciate. She wouldn’t even call him by his name kept saying “hey you do this” that didn’t sit right with me and you could tell he felt uncomfortable around her. So I payed for another wrap and went back to waiting. 5 mins later they come back to me and tell me they don’t have the ingredients to make my wrap… I keep it nice and ask for a refund they go get the manager and the mean cash lady was laughing to the manager saying “who needs a refund for a 4$ wrap” well actually I do since I paid for it twice… the manager tried to convince me to get anything else even offered to put bacon and wedges into a wrap since they no longer had any sausage or hashbrown. I politely declined and asked again for a refund. One eye roll later and I finally got my refund. But of course once I was done with that fiasco I was down a wrap, down 20-30 minutes of my time and the food I did have by that time was cold. We’ll never come again…sad because I came thru the drive thru at least 2-3 times a week and always had a wonderful experience. But now knowing how the workers are at the counter they will be losing me as a customer. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and head elsewhere.

Another good Tim’s experience. I still think this franchise has gone too “American”. I understand they want growth but they need to focus on the core values and business that got them to where they are.
Did not use the washroom at this Tim’s but that can sometimes be a bad experience at many locations. Maybe next time!
I had a very upsetting experience at Tim Hortons on November 30, 2024, around 9:33 PM. The staff member who took my order, a guy wearing a turban, treated me poorly. After placing my order, I was informed a few minutes later that the cookie I wanted wasn’t available. I politely said it was fine and asked for any other cookie as a substitute, but he refused and insisted on issuing a refund instead. I couldn’t believe it—I came to Tim Hortons to enjoy a coffee with a cookie, not to deal with such rudeness. The customer service was absolutely terrible—zero stars. This interaction left me feeling very disappointed and disheartened. IF ANY MANAGEMENT SEEING THIS PLEASE STOP TEACH HIM WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE
It’s a very low shot for your drink to be made correctly in the afternoon or weekends. Ordered a “Hot” Cappuccino Wednesday evening. I order like that to avoid confusion with the Ice Cap because it does happen sometimes. The young male who took my order was talking negatively about how I ordered when I got to the window and gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t notice till I got to my destination and was unable to fix it.
Morning staff is wonderful, I go before work during the week ☺️

DO NOT GO HERE. They will NOT fix mistakes from other stores. I was told the owners refuse to do this, even though literally every other Tim's does. Abhorrent customer service, will advise people to not go here or the other one down the street!!!
