Enjoyed walking into the store this morning to make my purchase as I figured it be quicker needing gift cards. Standing at the counter seeing two ladies chit chatting in the drive thru area, the elderly lady made eye contact multiple times, ignoring me and grabbing a coffee container… view eye of me.. after standing there for another minute I just ended up leaving. I was going to go through the drive thru until I noticed it was empty!!!!! What horrible service!

When I arrived at the window to pick up my food and drinks, the staff member did not greet me or speak to me at all. They showed me the pay machine and handed me my order without saying anything to me, while continuing to speak with their coworkers in another language (Hindi). I don't expect a warm hug, but the complete lack of anything is just poor service. Just make your coffee at home, better service.
Edit: When i got to work I also realized that they messed up the food order.

I went there to pick up a order and after 15 minutes the staff told me if I can call the customer because they don’t have beats the one of the main items in their menu. They told me they don’t have that after 15 minutes of waiting I was surprised after listening that like Tim Hortons don’t have timbits . I understand the places like gas stations and stuff don’t have those things, but this is a main branch and they don’t have timbits. That’s crazy.

Update it’s gotten even worse there… the food is always disgusting and I’m sorry but when we order donuts this isn’t what I expect… these are the saddest donuts I’ve ever seen. The crueller isn’t even glazed. The quality of this place has gone down over the years and I avoid it as often as I can but door dash goes there cause it’s the closest.
