I drive by 5 Tim hortons on my drive to work and go out of my way to go to this one. The service is always quick even when there is a line and they never have messed up my order. Staff are always pleasant to deal with also which is a bonus.

Ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts, and 2 sandwiches. We spent over $22 and we didn’t even get a single napkin. My sandwich i order extra meat, so it’s even more of an issue. Drive through rep barely spoke English, and had a hard time taking my order

No bias intended, go see for yourself.
The customer service isn’t even friendly, one of the East Indian ladies yelled at my coworker and management did NOTHING about it, and they don’t even welcome or acknowledge a farewell to you after a purchase,
They have the whole “Ugh I want to go home” mentality and not the actual passion to work, some of the workers there have good ethics but mainly the East Indian ladies and the white ladies there show almost no interest or empathy towards customer service whatsoever.
Half the time I see some of them also talking as well and not working if you stay there long enough, it’s really shameful and ridiculous, especially for busy drive thru’s and line ups.
Terrible Tim Hortons, all though they have a cute native woman working there she’s pretty beautiful I wish I got her phone number

The icecaps are my favourite that’s the only good thing about this Tim every time I get food it’s burnt!!! The biscuits fall apart as ur trying to take a bite gross!!

I've never in my 48 years of life witness so much disrespect from staff members at this location, talking about their employer and customers.. it is absolutely atrocious how the staff acts there. Also I waited 10 minutes to get a coffee due to nobody being at the counter..The staff were all in the back laughing and talking about how the boss is a loser and doesn't do anything..This is brutal as Well the men's washroom was disgusting the toilet was over flowing and when mentioned to the employee she said I don't care! I hope this location shuts down!
