Went through drive-thru earlier today and ordered a chicken ranch wrap with no bacon. I was very clear I wanted no bacon but upon getting home and biting into my food I was met with a mouthful of bacon. What if I'm Muslim and don't eat pork? What if I have a food allergy? I have specific dietary restrictions. I'm fed up with having my order clarified just for it to be messed up by incompetent staff.

And don't bother giving me the automated "your review is concerning" response because it just shows you don't actually care about customer service or satisfaction.

I'm giving Country Style my business moving forward. So disappointed.

So I may be going off on a rant here I’m kinda annoyed, morning staff great at this location honestly every morning but everytime I come after 5pm service is slow in drive thru and they never have baked good or even anything to eat

On today's episode of "Why don't they have bagels"...

After the trainee asked me 4 times what kind of breakfast sandwich I wanted, because she couldn't find the button, she asked for her supervisor to help. SHIVANI (SORRY if it's spelled wrong) came to help her. She asked me again what I wanted. I explained again a bacon egg and cheese on a plain toasted bagel. She proceeded with the order took my money and made my coffees.....no bagels put down....10 minutes pass and then Shivani asked if I could take a all kinds bagels since they were out of everything else. Not once did she check....she already knew this when she took the order. I asked her to refund me and explained how poor customer service it was for her to have taken my order knowing she couldn't fulfill it. She wanted to argue with me about when she came to work and what she claimed to know or not know...When I turned to leave she slammed her cash so hard she threw coins all over the floor. Disgusting customer service is becoming the norm in this location which used to be one of the best spots in town.

The Tim Horton that I went to on Regent Street yesterday had very poor service I also find at the Tim Hortons are not up to code with cleanliness

Utilized the too good to go platform to make a baked goods order, showed up within the two hour allowed window to pick up my order, the staff had given away my food, unfortunately. They had given two orders to the previous person and we’re not able to provide me any options other than reaching out to the support staff, the manager was very abrasive and rude, will not be coming back. Unfortunate experience.

Today around 12:20 I had the worst experience! A woman without any gesture of kindness told me that I could only pay cash, then took my order in a rude attitude in the same way she prepared the food I had bought plus my coffee was cold! I had obviously ordered hot.
I felt terribly discriminated against today at that place.
I ask you to please have people there who want to serve customers with Love and Respect so that no one else has to go through this unpleasant situation.

There is an old woman over there working that treat you like trash. She doesn't treat good the customers and she sneeze while is holding your food!!!!! Terrible service THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN SUDBURY.Do not go there

I just want to give a shout out to the morning crew at this tim hortons locations. They are crazy fast and efficient and hands down make THE BEST ice caps. They are always polite and cheerful.
