I went through the drive-through and the person taking my order was very rude and unprofessional, and did not speak clearly. In contrast, the person at the window was polite and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rude behaviour from the order taker really spoiled the experience. If there was an option for a negative star rating, I would give it.

Best coffee in town .. I live in Naughton, and I won't even get a coffee in lively. I will wait until I come to this Tim Hortons to get one. The day shift staff are amazing and the coffee tastes great!!

gave us a very hard time regarding a coupon and lied about the conditions of the coupon being incorrect. this was not true as it had been ordered countless times prior with this specific coupon (2 for 7$ farmers wraps). then proceeded to hand us the order made completely wrong. not only did we not get kind service (service employees all yelling out the window), we did not get proper compensation for the coupon not being entered properly, as well our entire order was wrong and subsequently had to be thrown out. very unimpressed and wont be recommending this tim hortons to anyone in the future.

Been to this Tim Hortons on Lorne a few times and it's the slowest. One time it took almost 5 mins to get me a tea and they still managed to mess it up. I had asked for 1 bag in and 1 out and got both in. That wasn't complicated and they didn't need to make anything.

I order from the Tim app, and it automatically picks this place. Unfortunately the order isn't right when we receive it. The coffee is either burnt or missing. And I have no way to contact anyone. Maybe it's cause I order it instead of coming in, but I'm not ordering from the app anymore or even visiting this location. This is unacceptable.
