Stopped by with an order for two steeped teas and they were out of tea by the second but told us they would brew it up fresh. Drove around and got back in line and picked it up and then my friend who was driving drove into the snowbank at the end of the drive threw. We had a great time. Fantastic service. Thanks for the laughs.

We just purchased 2 coffee from this location and the lids were not staying on. They kept falling off On one side. So they double cupped them. When we got home and in the light, we noticed the lid was locked tight everywhere except where the roll up the rim section is and when we looked closer could tell the rim was rolled and then rolled back up to look as if it had never been touched. I dumped the coffees into a mug and soon as I started to push the cup in to roll, the rim started to un roll automatically. Both of us said soon as we seen the rims looked off “bet you both these are losers (which isn’t uncommon lol) sure as heck please play again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from what use to be such a reputable company. I am sure that this location has their supplies delivered from the store on Notre Dame though.

No capuchino...no oatmilk...Capuchino is advertised on TV panel but is not made here at all (as I was told by the stuff). May be remove it from the menu as it is misleading. The only good thing is a good service.

there are mice inside this branch of tims I saw two and my friend who goes there a lot said I saw 4 !!!! how you serve food with Mice !!!!! isn't there anyone to check the place oh my God !!!!! I will never go back there !!!!

Been standing here with the girl ignoring me for now 13 minutes. Seriously??? Do I leave? Do I keep waiting? 13 minutes is excessive... I'm the only one here inside. And I parked my car to come inside. Won't do that again. This used to be my favorite timmies. I'm super disappointed. Lots of disrespect from today's visit. Even the gas station side of things here has taken a massive plumit in the past year or 2. I miss all the old employees who were friendly.
