I purchased gift cards from this restaurant to treat my clients, totaling several hundred dollars. A few weeks later, the restaurant closed due to flooding. I was happy to wait, as I have always enjoyed dining here and looked forward to supporting them again.
However, despite reaching out multiple times for an update, I have received no response. The restaurant has not taken accountability or offered reimbursement for the unused gift cards. At this point, I just want a refund for the one gift card I have in my possession for $250. This lack of communication and responsibility is very disappointing.

I can not express to you how good of an experience this was! Food was excellent, as was the service!! In terms of price it is comparable to any other high end restaurant in Sudbury, the difference for me is that the food and service was next level!

This is not a restaurant- this is experiencing chefs perfecting an art, with a service like no other. Under rated, under valued. I didn’t want to leave, but the good news is I’m able to come back.
