The staff here is really nice and friendly. Was staying at a nearby hotel and Topper's Pizza was a convenient walk. Ordered a large paneer tandorri pizza and it was good. My friend and I were hungry so it was our dinner. I think the thin crust would have been a better choice. The regular crust was too chewy and doughy. Busy place, staff is constantly making pizza. Popular pizzeria.

The manager tries to be over smart but he doesn't know how it can lead to a decline in repeat customers. So please give some freedom to your employee if they are serving very well to customers. Don't try to let them work like a robot and make them follow the same procedure like you want

Tiny little spot to grab a slice on the go. Friendly service. They raised an eyebrow when I asked for pickles but honestly I thought it was funny. Most people just don't understand how good pickles and pizza can be together 😋 Great work. Tasty.

Hunter (call centre) is the absolute worst employee, lacks basic customer service, and any self-awareness. An individual who lacks this level of basic phone etiquette should not be responsible for taking any customer calls, or representing the business in any way. A simple task like ordering food should not be a difficult or frustrating task for an individual who willingly accepted a position taking food orders.

Ordered the new Meatball Panuzzo for myself and the family! The picture on the flyer looks like a meatball sandwhich in a gyro bun…what we got for $60 was basiclly the insides of a pizza pop stuffed into a gyro shell and so heavily sauced that it was leaking through the dough like grease and cold to boot! Small little meatball pieces and I think was cheese chunks exactly like a pizza pop! Difference is at least the pizza pops have more stuff inside! I haven’t had toppers in over a year and thought I would treat the family to this new thing and well….rather buy 2 boxes of pizza pops for them next time ffs …don’t order this ..ever

My wife and I fell in love with Toppers Pizza about 10 years ago when we moved to St Thomas Ontario . We were sad when that location closed and its been years since we've enjoyed their pizza. We are now a family of 4 travelling across Canada by RV and were pumped to find a Toppers in Sudbury (Oct 15, 2023) during our trip and share its deliciousness, now with our kids. Just as good as WE remembered and the kids loved it too. We will definitely stop in again in the spring as we pass through on our way back to Ontario from British Columbia. Thanks again toppers

I have been buying (Mr.) Topper's for decades - and I have become increasingly disappointed by the consistent decline in the quality of their offerings. Last couple years I have been ordering from the Regent St. location. Pizzas are poorly assembled, scarcity of toppings are crowded far from the perimeter of the crust, light on the sauce and cheese, and mostly 'bread'.

Guaranteed 'great'? My tastebuds are telling me this is where it's not :(
